One of the worst hookah bars in Minsk.
Let's start with the room itself, it is stuffy due to the lack of ventilation, or it is there but does not work, due to which there was a huge smoke, apparently to maintain the name of the institution
The staff is a separate topic, the waiters cannot answer the most banal questions about the composition of the dishes, and there were not many items on the menu. The waitress, in response to the remark, decided that the best thing would not be to offer an alternative, but to start being rude, I have not seen such service for a long time. To catch the waiters, you need to try especially hard.
Hookah, immediately pleased with the hookah, but after 10 minutes… there was only one name left from the taste and name of the premium hookah, it was scored as if with the cheapest tobacco, which simply ran out of steam. There is also a hookah on the fruit on the menu, we thought to try it, but the hookah man practically twirled his finger at his temple and said that it was not tasty, I'm afraid to imagine what it should be compared to the premium. They didn't even try the food, finding literally half an hour was enough to leave and never return there, but they had to wait some more time to catch the waitress because they couldn't be found stupidly.
I will never recommend this place, a hookah bar and a bar are very big names, a place to drink tea is more suitable (and then if you are approached to take an order, and it will be available)

We wanted to visit this institution, because we have already been to many hookah bars in Minsk. When we got there, we were disappointed, because the hoods do not work properly (hence, probably, the name Smoke). The setting is not a hookah bar, but more of a cafe for an inexpensive menu. For lovers of a good hookah environment, it is better not to waste time
After seeing this atmosphere, they left, called a taxi and went to a more decent institution.

Pleasant atmosphere, very affordable prices. The menu is not the most extensive, but the wine list pleases with many positions, the situation is worse for beer, especially draft beer is very limited.. But it didn't ruin our evening!
Live vocals, unobtrusive service, everything was fresh from the kitchen, even the simplest beer snack left pleasant emotions.

We visited this place by the company. The interior is pleasant and free. That's all of the advantages.
Cons:
1. The waiters are not aware of the existence of a "stop list" (no beer, no cocktails, then no one, then another)
2. The lack of a paper menu (yes, the 21st century is in the yard, but it is easier to choose food by seeing the list and composition of dishes in front of you than to search by phone)
3. Hookah on the 2nd, because the taste was felt literally for 15 minutes, then it let out only smoke.
4. The waiters do not warn about the timing of the dishes (for the first time in my life, the pasta bolognese was cooked for 40 minutes, and the burger was almost 50🤯)
5. Frightened waiters who speak barely audibly, sometimes it is not clear, are lost in the menu and the bar card.
So, I do not recommend visiting this place in order to preserve your nervous system.
