Nice place, in a convenient location. We always come to play billiards opposite. and then we go in to continue chatting and smoke a hookah. There are no questions about hookahs, the choice of tobacco is good but not very large. There are board games. But sometimes there is a huge problem for someone, maybe this is a plus-very loud live music. When you want to sit and chat, it's a huge minus. Keep this in mind when booking a table. There are no questions about the menu, everything is delicious at normal prices. There is a good selection of drinks, both Whiskey and cocktails. Normal teas. The staff is attentive and helpful. My wife has some allergies to food, they quickly clarify everything and try to resolve the issue of eliminating or replacing one or another component.

A pleasant place. Yesterday we sat with my wife, smoked a good hookah, ate delicious food. I was glad that among the tea there is Gaba, which is great for smoking hookah.
The staff is polite, everything was done quickly.
There is a shelf with tables - there is something to entertain yourself while waiting for food.
Soft music is also a plus for a place with such a format.
I definitely recommend it.

The horror! Firstly, they put us near the toilet, despite the fact that there were empty seats, in the end we had to change seats ourselves. The chairs turned out to be sagging, it was completely uncomfortable to sit on them.
The cocktails tasted as if they were diluted, alcohol was not felt from the word - at all.
But the cherry on the cake turned out to be a hair in our burger... the official quickly took it back, after which the administrator returned with it and began to assure us that there was no hair in it, allegedly it was just onion fibers and we were just mistaken. I must say that the hair in the burger was really gone (I'm sure that when the waiter took it away, the hair just got out of there).
And the finale.. despite all the adventures, as a result, this unique burger was included in our bill (although no one dared to eat it further, of course)
We didn't make a scene, left the money and left. I wanted to leave this paradise as soon as possible.
In general, thanks to this place for a great evening, we have not experienced such emotions in any institution in Minsk yet....
P/s: of the really real advantages, it is worth noting live music. The girl really sang beautifully, but unfortunately her beautiful voice could not cover everything else.

The service is terrible, but the food is delicious. We were a small company, and half of what we ordered was not delivered to us in 2.5 hours. For example: they ordered a cake with coffee, the cake was delivered after 2 reminders to the waiter, and an hour and a half in total, they did not wait for coffee. I asked for beer right away, I got it in 30 minutes, I didn't wait for the second beer at all. This is just an example, some of us couldn't eat at all.

We were in this place for the first and last time.
The waiters are not as interested in any tips as possible and there is no question of normal service at all.
We waited for a bottle of wine for 20 minutes, although they had already brought snacks and everything else. Not only do you wait half an hour for the waiter, but after that you wait another half hour for your glass of beer. And they just stand next to the computer and chat sweetly with each other.
We wanted to order cocktails, but there was no ice, although it was already brought to everyone else in 20 minutes.

Sometimes you need to look for waiters, but this does not affect the service and quality: everyone is polite and attentive. They perfectly select the taste of the hookah according to your wishes. The menu is quite large and clear, the cuisine is delicious, I just didn't appreciate the pasta. And there are also a lot of tables, it is spacious and there is live music 👍

It was a terrible experience visiting this place. The service was simply terrible - the waiters did not pay attention to us, did not take orders and did not bring dishes on time. We waited for the dish for over an hour, and when it finally arrived, it was wrong. We waited more than 30 minutes for the ordered alcoholic drinks, which is simply unacceptable. In general, I am disappointed with this institution and definitely won't visit it again.

I do not recommend this place from the word at all. The table that was booked was dirty, I had to ask 2 times to be wiped. Many items are not available. We wanted to order cocktails, but there was no ice in the place on Saturday. The wait for the waiters is very long, just to bring a bottle of champagne, you had to wait 20 minutes, you constantly need to look for someone to bring the order.

Disgusting attitude towards potential customers, they called to book a table for 6 people, said that they have a deposit for 6 people, 50 rubles per person, and hookah is not included in this amount. I consider such a requirement illegal, since only I decide what to order and for what amount. We came to the institution and asked after the fact. When asked if we could take 2 tables for 3 people, they said that it was also impossible. The place was half empty. It makes sense to open an institution if you repel customers, but you could earn money.

Burgers looked very nice externally, surprised by the size, but it was impossible to eat them because of the rock-hard bread. No, it was not dried, the booth was stale. And that's why the burger itself was a little dry because the bun absorbed all the sauce.
The place itself is cozy, we just came to have a snack after billiards. But the kitchen let me down.
