I liked the place, the food was very tasty, thanks to the chefs, attentive and friendly waiter, served wonderfully, did not wait long.
Delicious cocktails, a hookah was picked up wonderfully, and a flower vase was also provided.. The reality exceeded expectations, and we made a discount in honor of the birthday.
The place itself is very beautiful, pleasant, not loud music

I really want to find the advantages.
A nice shelf with books. The hookah man changed the coals quite often. The waiter was wondering if everything was OK, what else to bring. Otherwise, everything is bad.
The place smells of urine.
We ordered burgers by the company, they were all dry and terribly burnt, we had to tear off the fumes from the bun in order to feel something besides it.
Caesar with shrimp also left much to be desired.
Napoleon is from the "well, normal" category.
Cheese slicing is a fierce laugh.
The service is infinitely long. There was no one in the place, and orders took forever.
There was always garbage and extra dishes on the table, I had to ask for something to be removed. Without a request, everything continued to remain on the table.
For Minsk, of course, the weather is very bad.

Unfortunately, my experience in this hookah bar was extremely disappointing. Firstly, most of the tobaccos were not available, and there were only 2 types of tobacco. This created the feeling that the institution does not care about its customers and does not support a variety of offers.
In addition, many items from the menu were also missing, which greatly limited the choice.

The service and food are top notch. The cook is super. It's so delicious!!! The waiters are great too. It is clear that they were worried. We played mafia, everything was great. But the hookah did not please. The first one was redeemed in 45 minutes. He asked for a maximum of 6, but it turned out no more than 3-4. I had to order a second one. An atmospheric place, original design with bookshelves, secluded corners with cozy sofas / armchairs. The food is delicious (we were at the gastrofest). Hookah is smoked everywhere, I didn't really like it, because we are not amateurs, and the smoke is annoying, especially the bar in the basement. The food is served quickly. The bill is brought in an original way, in an old Dickens book. The waiters are polite. Overall, I liked it. I especially advise those who smoke hookah :)

One of the most atmospheric hookah bars in Minsk. I love this place. The interior is thought out to the smallest detail, you can do a photo shoot anywhere in the establishment. Unlike most establishments where the hall is in the open space format, there are many cozy nooks. Good ventilation, no smoke and odors.
Hookahs are not expensive and bombastic. The food is the same at altitude. The prices are average. The service is without comments.
There are rooms that close. A great place for your girlfriend to work with her head. There is a room with a set-top box.

On 25.08, I came to the gastrofest as a girl. A table for two was booked for 19:00. We arrived on time, but we were told that our table was still occupied. They offered to put us at a large table (designed for 4 people), but warned that they might ask us to move... I said it didn't sound good, but I was convinced that it would only be a very last resort - they would try not to disturb us.
Okay, sit down. We made an order. By the way, the lemonade here is very tasty - I highly recommend it from the recipes.
The first course from the set was brought to us pretty quickly - we didn't have to wait even 10 minutes. The third (final) dish of the set was brought to us next - for some reason we missed the second one.
The food tasted good. We ate everything, the dishes were taken away from us, but the second course of the set was never brought to us.
I had to distract the waitresses passing by twice, asking where our dish was. 5 minutes later, our waitress came out and said with a grin that we had already eaten the second course from the set. I said she was wrong-she left.
After another 5 minutes, the receptionist came up to us and asked us to vacate the table - she said that we had been warned about this at the entrance. We explained the situation with the "missing" second course - the receptionist left for a while.
I assume that they watched on cameras whether we really ate the second course or tried to deceive them, but after another 5 minutes the receptionist returned and said that the dish would be brought to us soon.
We said there was no need - we decided to leave. To which the receptionist offered to prepare a takeaway dish - we agreed.
Already at home, looking into the container, we found a double portion of the second course, but we did not taste it, because there was a sharp smell of rotten meat.
In general, the administrator was as correct as possible, polite and tried to smooth out the negative impression as much as possible. The administrator is definitely five for working with the client.
However, the outrageous attitude on the part of the waitress (she could have looked at the camera before accusing us of lying), as well as the spoiled dish and problems with booking tables played their part - the impression of the institution remained negative and we definitely will not visit it again.
