The prices are quite high, even for a specialty coffee shop. There is a clear lack of interesting flavors and combinations in the menu - everything is quite conservative and basic.
You order coffee via tablets. There are only 2 of them. At the same time, the idea of ordering via tablets is not entirely clear, because another employee is on duty nearby, helping to pay, as well as transfer coffee and orders to visitors. It looks a bit redundant or like an unfinished process.
There were 2 visits to the coffee shop. The first time was with the order of True White. There are as many as 2 baristas at the counter, the cooking time was about 12-15 minutes with 3 orders in front of me.
The coffee is good, the taste is balanced, there are no questions.
The second visit didn't come to the order, because the girl at the tablet was telling the visitor about the coffee and ignored the new ones. 5 minutes of waiting, and I had to leave. At the same time, both baristas were working with coffee machines.
As a result, there are a lot of staff, low work speed. What could be automated with tablets does not work in the end and acts as an additional obstacle to receiving an order. The coffee is good, but not so good that you can wait so long for the usual basic drink with you. The prices do not justify any of the points.
