Friendly staff, sorry they don't speak Russian... Excellent rooms, delicious and hearty breakfasts, coffee and tea at the reception without restrictions, convenient location next to two historical creations on the Bosphorus Strait.

A super hotel with an excellent location.The cafe is both at the entrance and on the terrace overlooking the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia Mosque and the Marmara Sea.The room was triple, clean and cozy, cleaned every day, there is a mini bar in the room for a fee, as well as a safe.Breakfast was included:a chic and dense buffet with a variety of goodies.The staff is good-natured, helpful, there is a Russian-speaking Turk.Seda (the hotel administrator) surpassed everyone, she was very kind, even shed tears when I left them.The transfer is served, all the conditions are very cool.I definitely recommend the hotel!

The room was cold, poorly cleaned, after cleaning they consistently forgot to put water, tea and shower gel, shampoo, they did not always bring it to the reception at the request. Breakfast was meager, mostly vegetables and boiled eggs, cereals and a couple of types of bread, and an omelet was served hot every other day. The cakes (only one kind) were treasured, there were no oriental sweets. Fruits include wormy apples and sour tangerines.
A completely different level of service was expected for 4 stars.

A great hotel for your money.
The number matched the photos.
Cleaning is daily and neat. The location of the hotel can be said to be ideal. The street is full of hotels and restaurants. (there are no shabby buildings and markets.)
It's quiet at night (to be fair, the room was kindly allocated not to the street at our request). For which special thanks to the night administrator.
The walls of Hagia Sophia are a 3-minute leisurely walk away.
Breakfast is not served in the rooftop restaurant, but on the ground floor.
But very dense and very diverse. Separately, I would like to note the work of the administrator of Erhan in Breakfast zone.
He is always kind to guests, the smile does not leave his face. It's good to start the morning with his positive attitude!
The hotel's rooftop restaurant is beyond praise. They doubted whether it was worth spending the evening at a hotel restaurant, but they did not lose 100% by choosing it for the final evening before leaving.
An incomparable view of the city and of course the Bosphorus. Restaurant kitchen for 5+. Beyond praise. In other words, the impressions of staying at the hotel are worth the time spent writing a review. Thank you.

I liked the hotel. The staff is friendly, good room cleaning. The shower room is very large. We lived on the 3rd floor. There is a Hammam in the hotel. The breakfasts are varied to suit every taste. Fruits, vegetables, cereals, breakfast cereals, dried fruits, a large selection of cheese. Tea, coffee, juice. For every taste. There are many restaurants around. There is a restaurant on the roof of the hotel with a wonderful view of the Bosphorus! The transfer was ordered to and from the hotel at the hotel. But the highlight of this Khalid hotel! The hotel is not bad in principle, it pulls in a four. There was a strong smell of cigarettes at night, but there was no such thing during the day. Of course, some rooms leave much to be desired, especially those located on the ground floor. Sometimes they put you in such rooms first, while the reserved room is occupied, only when the reserved room is vacated you are moved. The walls are cardboard, you can hear every rustle from the neighbor's room. The buffet is not small, but also not the largest, the food is normal. The restaurant, which is located at the hotel, is very expensive, and the quality of some dishes there also leaves much to be desired. It is good that guests sitting on the terrace are given a blanket in the evening.

A very good hotel for tourists who want to see the city. A hearty, varied buffet in the morning. That is, what he took, he ate.

Special thanks to the administrator Julia, not a single question remained unanswered, and what they did not know, she suggested. I wonder how you can keep up with everything? And the staff will control during breakfast, and help the hotel guests to understand the Turkish peculiarities.
Rooms for relaxation are just right, without excessive luxury, shower and Wi-Fi for the evening. Cleaning every day. If you gape and do not refuse to clean, they will clean without a reminder.
The hotel is located within walking distance from the main historical monuments. Yes, and the tram is not far away, taxis are expensive. There are many restaurants nearby where they cook right in front of you. We got hooked on one, we went there for dinner all the time.

And dining at the rooftop restaurant overlooking the sea is excellent! The staff is polite and helpful. Special thanks to the Russian-speaking manager Holida, how would they navigate in Istanbul without her, I do not know, she explained everything in an accessible and patient way, every day she learned how to relax, what questions. Dead old rooms, almost nothing is cleaned, holes in the walls, age-old dirt in the corners, fungus on the walls, half of the lamps do not work, the windows are blown, the interior is assembled from what was. The breakfasts are weak, the buffet is poor, but often everything is too salty. The Internet is disgusting, barely worked, and on the last day it completely disappeared. The location is convenient, in the historical center, but this did not save the terrible hotel
