Last month, over 20 of us gathered at The Brunch. Despite the challenge of serving a large group, the staff—especially our waitress, Nane—was warm, attentive & accommodating. We enjoyed a variety of dishes & drinks, which were overall nicely presented & flavorful. One of the best restaurants in Yerevan—highly recommended!

Gathered with our friends to spend some time while our kinds enjoy themselves in the mall kids zone. While waiting for kids, enjoying food and drinks and playing a strategy table game we were told that playing table games is prohibited, without any explanation why. Spoiled our time off. Be careful if you plan to spend time here with anything other then drinks and food. Too bad, the place is nice.

The Brunch is an ideal place for those who appreciate taste, style and comfort. We had breakfast here and were absolutely delighted: every dish is aesthetic and enjoyable. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing, the interior is inspiring, and the staff does everything to start the morning with a smile. A real must-visit for lovers of beautiful and delicious brunches!

We've been to this cafe more than once, we go because there's nothing else normal nearby, but this time it was definitely the last time that we came here. We ordered spaghetti, it was salty, the manager says it should be like this. We took a chicken breast, there was blood inside the breast, it was raw.
They gave it back, they told us to eat the side dish while we brought a new breast, we ate the side dish, then they brought us just a chicken in a plate after 40 minutes....
Teach the ethics of service.

Honestly, I liked this restaurant. The location was very convenient for me, I did meetings and brunches here and did not drive through traffic jams to the center. And the food was at 4.
But 2 days ago I was there with a friend for breakfast. As usual, I ordered my favorite yogurt bowl with granola, and a friend ordered oatmeal with berries. So they brought me yogurt in a plastic container saying that two days ago they changed the menu and there is no yogurt in the bowl anymore. And in the end, when the bill was brought, it turned out that the oatmeal was not 900 drams as in the menu, but plus another 1100 drams for the addition of two!!! strawberries🤦♀️
And so yogurt in a plastic container is 2400 drams ($ 6), oatmeal 900 drams + 1100 ladies for 2 strawberries and they also counted 400 drams for 20 ml of milk that we asked for coffee!!!

We came with my sister to the Dalma Mall at the Brunch cafe and ordered 2 hot cappuccinos... They brought barely warm cappuccinos, but that was half the trouble, it felt like you weren't drinking cappuccino, but some kind of whipped milk... We called the waiter and expressed our opinion in an absolutely friendly tone, to which the waiter decided to teach us with the words "cappuccino should be like this" 🤦🏻♀️ To which we politely insisted on bringing 1 shot of espresso to top up the cappuccino and feel at least a little taste of coffee... As a result, he brought this espresso with some kind of favor. When they asked for the bill, there, of course, in addition to 2 cappuccinos for 1500 drams, an espresso for 900 drams was included... This is a complete failure! Such a cappuccino does not even deserve a thousand drams!
In short, the service in this cafe leaves much to be desired: one waiter allows himself to stretch his hand across the table to pick up the bill, then the other, serving the next table and standing with his back to us, pulls up his jeans 🤦🏻♀️ In short, a complete disappointment! 😔

A complete disappointment.
I ordered a flat white - the service came out 2 times more expensive than in good specialty coffee shops. You expect good coffee for this money.
In fact, you just get a cappuccino on overcooked burnt grain with an extra shot of espresso.
And the flat white should differ in volume and foam from the classic cappuccino. Not to mention that it's just tasteless.
I told the waiter about my dissatisfaction, he replied, "Yes, we understand, but our flat is just a cappuccino with an extra shot."
A failure of failures.
A friend took Irish coffee, and he was also disappointed. But I haven't tried it, I won't say anything for it.
In general, you won't advise anyone (
but there are live flowers on the table and they bring a special rack for things. Nonsense.

Perhaps the most non-Armenian place in Yerevan. A good institution, similar to Moscow or St. Petersburg, both in atmosphere and in setting. The menu is also European (rather Italian). Breakfast is available until 16:00. The staff is fine. It's a little expensive, but even just going in and having a coffee is perfect.

Everything is beautiful in the picture, when they brought it, everything looked not bad either. We ordered an English breakfast baguette with avocado and fish, sandwiches, coffee, BUT all the food was tasteless, no salt, no pepper, for the first time I came across what I eat and feel that these are just collected products, that everything is absolutely cooked without soul and taste. Some of the products, tomatoes were watery, the cheapest, the toast sandwich was dried, and inside it was just ham and cheese, no sauce, eat as if everything was plastic.
It seems that the cook does not taste his dishes, but stupidly prepares them according to the technical map.

It looks like the management has taken the comments into account. Fast and delicious. The portions are large, an open sandwich for half a plate. The bagel is just normal. Everything is fresh and pleasant. Espresso is pleasant in acidity and does not taste bitter. The most pleasant place in the area :)

When I arrived, there were a lot of empty tables. I wanted to sit in a more "private" and intimate place to have breakfast and hold a meeting. I was refused because it is a "table for a large company." You can't sit there. I asked if there is a reservation for at least one of these tables for large companies. There was no armor on any of them, but "suddenly they will come." At the same time, on other days I have already seen a couple of people sitting at such tables who were not a "big company". For some reason, they could🤷♀️
I didn't have breakfast there, and I won't try again. Dear owners and administrators, with a small landing, without reservation, not allowing the client to choose a place and have breakfast is strange and not customer-oriented.

On a normal day, it's not a bad place, but on March 8, everything went wrong:
Raf coffee - similar to a 3 in 1 drink, not whipped
Citrus tea - completely forgot about sugar / syrup (sugar was carried for 15 minutes)
Poke - all the ingredients are chopped very coarsely, the sauce is not the same, the rice is not in the Asian style. The sauce had to be taken separately
Plus, we have been waiting for two more dishes for 40 minutes. It feels like the whole restaurant is working on one (rather large table)

I would really like someone from the administration to read this review. The food is delicious, the interior is beautiful, but the barista does not know how to make coffee: espresso is burnt, milk is overheated and in bubbles, cinnamon gets stuck in the teeth because it is poured on top. I asked to redo it, they redid it, but the result is still bad. I didn't bother the waitress girl with comments. But for this level of institution it is indecent: not to be able to whip milk, not to be able to make espresso. I'm attaching a photo
