As a hotel of fairly average quality, but I have been there many times at various conferences and events, plus there are always excellent buffets in restaurants. I can recommend it for big events when you need to introduce everyone and hang out. I haven't been to the casino, but I was in the toilet of the casino, the smell of "cones" is so strong, probably only in Tunisia

The hotel is a bit old, but it's still holding up. The rooms are large, the bathroom is gorgeous. The view from the windows is amazing. The breakfasts are great. There is a question about coffee, but there is a problem in all of Georgia with this. In 5 stars, you have to pay extra for coffee from the coffee machine.
Tired spa. The panoramic bar is closed. The restaurant is in decline. We wanted to have a cocktail there, but the cocktail list is from the 90s)

The restaurant on the top floor is a view, it is the general atmosphere of a five-star hotel and the pleasure of getting to the restaurant from below through the beautiful interiors. This is a good venue for business meetings, but not for gastronomic pleasure. The service is lazy, the kitchen is also with a small minus for those who like to eat really well and tasty.

The service is below average, the whole hotel is outdated, there has been no repair, apparently, since the construction. The elevators are heavily loaded.

a nice hotel with a great view from the windows, and a cool relaxing massage in the spa area.a masseuse named Nino works there, she has such hot hands!!!! relaxation is crazy.

The hotel is sterile clean!! The view from the window is simply amazing - the city is in the palm of your hand!! And what a wonderful heated and illuminated pool! I enjoyed swimming there in the evenings!!

The best thing about this hotel is the view of the city. The rest is so-so. There is no doorman. In the club lounge in the evening, only tea bags/coffee and one cupcake. Sometimes you can hear the smell of sewage from the bathroom (this is very common in Georgia, but you don't expect this from a fashionable hotel). Prijia cosmetics, but 15 grams of soap is ridiculous.

The hotel liked the beautiful view of the city from almost all floors. The rooms are modern, the prices are not affordable and, to be honest, they do not really match the quality. The breakfast is delicious, with an excellent selection of dishes. On the top floor there is a restaurant and a bar with a wonderful view of the city.
What seemed strange was the question at the reception upon arrival: "will you use the mini-bar?". After a negative response, the mini-bar was immediately locked...

There are a lot of show-offs, you can take pictures. The rooms are good. A pool with peeling tiles.
They advised me to take sushi in the restaurant, like the best. Yeah, with pollock crab sticks. I also had a premonition to order local dishes ;(
