The hotel is tired. Everything is very beautiful in the photo — in real life it would not hurt to update the repair.
But in general, the hotel is not bad, its main drawback is the location. Far from busy areas, beaches and shops. Taxis just didn't come to us periodically (apparently they didn't want to come here). Well, in the sea, on the shore of which the hotel stands, you can't swim — it's a dirty shore with strong tides. Everyone swims on other beaches further along the island. You need to go to them too. There is a free shuttle service from the hotel to some of them, but only in the morning around 10 o'clock. They also take it back in the afternoon. At 14:30-15:00

We arrived on 26.01.24 tired at night. (our flight was delayed for 8 hours). We go joyfully to the hotel and they tell us that our names are not in the database and we did not book a room. We were confused and depressed. We booked through coral, chose a suite with its own access to the pool, this room is more expensive. As a result, we are settled for one night in a standard room and told to call the agency and solve your problems. The hotel staff didn't give a damn about us and didn't want to help.
We checked into the room for the night. It was our first time in such a situation and we were shocked by what was happening. The next morning, instead of resting, we started calling the tour operator, it was difficult to get through, waiting for 10 minutes and even roaming. Coral answered me only a day later - the problem with the hotel is that they confirmed us, but did not score in their database. The hotel provided 2000 baht for dinner as compensation and we will be able to spend two days out of 12 in a room with a swimming pool!!! It was trash, I was furious at what I heard. Moreover, a room with a swimming pool cost more by 30 K.
On the third day of the vacation, we relaxed, accepted all this and began to relax.
The end of the rest is coming, the day before departure I go to the reception and ask "where can I look at the departure time, what time the transfer will arrive for us", and everything is a dead end. There are just laymen and dummies in the lobby. I had to write and call the guide, he had already sent information about the flight. The day of departure has arrived.
I do not recommend this hotel. Just a brain drain and a spoiled vacation without a pool.

The hotel is good, the service is also good, the breakfasts are classic, there is a choice, the hotel area is pleasant. There is no swimming beach near the hotel. We have to go by ourselves or take a shuttle from the hotel.
