1. Fresh renovation, clean, modern interiors, very convenient location of the hotel in the city center, the hotel building has 4 floors and has an elevator, there are few rooms and people, near the embankment of the Svisloch river.
2. There is no service at all. The hotel staff did not bother to change the linen for the three of us all week, but did it exclusively right before our departure, because we ourselves asked at the reception if it was normal not to change the linen for a week at the hotel. The room has a kitchen and assumes the presence of dishes, the number of guests was known a month before arrival, but the three of us did not have the right amount of cutlery, we went down to the reception and asked to bring it. As a result, a full day passed and no one brought it, although when we contacted them they asked for our room number. The issue was resolved after the 2nd appeal, 2 days later.
3. Upon check-in, that is, handing over the room keys to us, we went in and found no primary kit for our room - no dishwashers, no dishwashers, no powder, no capsules for dishwashers. That is, the hotel rooms are not prepared for the reception of guests at all. We bought everything ourselves and only on the 3rd day they brought us the primary set.
4. The coffee capsules ran out and they were also in no hurry to replenish them, we had to remind them again about providing capsules to the coffee machine at the reception.
5. Umbrellas were needed in the rain, we asked for umbrellas at the reception and were asked "do you definitely not have them in your room?". It was already ridiculous, the hotel staff does not prepare rooms at all and does not know about the state of readiness and the availability of necessary things in the room.
6. Large spiders enter the room through windows or ventilation, of which there are many near the river. Even in September there were mosquitoes. There are no screens on the windows. Insects in the rooms of such a hotel are extremely frivolous.
7. In general, during the whole week, none of the staff personally asked about satisfaction with the service and our needs in the room, either by calling or contacting the room. The hotel was noticeably sparsely populated, but even so, the life of the guests did not arouse the interest of the staff. We stayed in hotels, traveled a lot and have never met such a zero level of service and lack of interest from the hotel staff.
Please note! This approach is simply unacceptable for the global Hilton hotel chain!

An apartment hotel in a historic building in the very center of Minsk. Modern renovation of the rooms, excellent furniture, plumbing, everything is new. There is a large parking lot. We had a very large room, lots of storage space, a kitchen with all appliances, a huge bathroom, a view of the river. There is a construction site there now, a hotel will be opened soon. Breakfast is better than in most hotels, partly on the menu (egg dishes), partly buffet. Everything is very tasty, there was even caviar and fresh. In general, I liked everything, except for one thing - in the evening the hotel was invaded by spiders from the river, the whole facade was covered in them. It is better not to open the windows, or they may crawl into the room. By the way, there weren't any spiders in the morning. The placement price is above average.

The hotel is located in a historic building near the metro station. The room came across an attic, so it was not possible to evaluate the views. It is very spacious and equipped with everything you need, plenty of storage space, a full kitchen-living room with a stove, refrigerator, dishes, washing machine with dryer (you can take a washing capsule for free at the reception), a dining table for 4 people, a cozy sofa and 2 armchairs. There is a coffee machine, toaster, water filter, iron with ironing board. The lighting of the room is gorgeous - it can be illuminated to suit every taste. The beds are comfortable and it's a pleasure to sleep on them. In the evening, spiders crawl in, although the windows are closed - in the morning they are no longer there. The countertops are stained because of this, they look unpresentable, there is fungus in the bathroom. Breakfast is quite modest, but it is difficult to leave hungry, in good weather you can sit outside. The staff is helpful.

The hotel is beautiful, in a convenient location, excellent room facilities, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, allowed us to stay with dogs.
But the staff leaves much to be desired - that's why I'm filming one race. I have booked a room, I receive an email a week later - pay for the reservation. Please issue an invoice or send details. In response, invoices are issued only to legal entities. How do I pay then?? Then why do you write if it is still not possible to make a payment?
There are problems with the terminal when checking in. Can you pay in cash? Where did we get the cash from, we arrived in Belarus 2 hours ago.
In the morning they went for a walk and left a sign saying "clean the room." I also asked the receptionist to clean it up. We returned at 17.30. The sign is still there, the room has not been cleaned. At 18, the cleaning lady came... We walked around the city all day, tired, I want to take a shower, and not wait another half hour for everything to be cleaned.

Ideal location, 5 min walk from the historical center, the town hall and the promenade. Closed free parking. Comfortable large rooms (stayed in studios and one-bedroom apartments). There are a lot of closets in the rooms, all things are easy to fit. The kitchens are equipped with everything up to a washing machine. The bed is comfortable, moderately hard, lots of pillows and there are spare blankets. The hotel is new, the rooms and common areas are clean. The staff helps with any questions. Breakfast was not taken, because the room has everything for independent breakfasts, including a coffee machine. The bathroom has a full bathtub. I liked everything very much and plan to return in the spring.

Great hotel, great room, great location! It was clean, quiet, convenient to get to all the sights, the room had a kitchen, stove, microwave, washing machine, refrigerator. It's clean, quiet, there's plenty of room in the room and in the hallway. The location is convenient: across the street and to the right, the coffee shop is excellent, the supermarket is decent. On the left, 3 minutes on foot - barnaya street, who needs to roll.
The bed in the hotel is comfortable, the pillows too. There is a brand new washing machine with a dryer, for me it is an indispensable thing. There is no minibar, only a coffee machine with capsules, a tap filter with drinking (tasteless) water.
In general, a good hotel, unusual. No WOW, but everything is fine from start to finish, you can safely drop it.

The hotel is right in the very center by the river with an amazing view! The room is beautiful, big, everything is cool except for two things:
1. This is a switched-off air conditioning system. I had to call the reception every day, ask the engineer to turn it on. But everything was turned off at night anyway. It was hot outside, stuffy, there was nothing to breathe in the room, and there was also wild humidity. The windows cannot be opened because - -
2. A HUGE NUMBER OF SPIDERS!! Upon arrival, three were killed at once, and before each night they still hunted for others. Those on the ceiling were not touched. The windows on the street side are just covered in cobwebs, the windows cannot be opened because of this. My husband opened it once and how all these creatures ran inside! I am terribly afraid of them, I was ready to sleep in the bathroom, because they were not found there....
And another strange moment: for all 4 nights they came to clean us only once, before departure and at 19:00, of course, I already rested and refused to clean.
Everything else was fine. The restaurant has a rather meager menu, but it is delicious. Oh yes, a huge spider was also killed at the breakfast restaurant, which was running right at us😂

Nice hotel right in the city center, courteous staff, delicious breakfasts. But there is a problem with cleaning. On the first day, the maids saw a toy cat, decided that it was alive and stupidly did not clean up. On the second day, they cleaned up, but did not vacuum. The third day was also not vacuumed.
On the fourth day, we managed.
I understand that this is a matter of hiring staff, but by the standards of the hotel, four cleaning is controlled by a person from among the management staff of the hotel, which means this person does not finalize.

The rooms are large and spacious, we have 2 of them. There are many closets for things, a safe, an ironing board + an iron + a washing machine. a dining table with a kitchenette in which everything is there, just bring groceries, 2 huge TVs. There are many sockets for gadgets.
Bathroom and toilet are clean! Linen and towels too!
The child sleeps on a large folding sofa, the bed in the bedroom is comfortable and large!
Climate control is worth it! Not frozen and not hot!

How to ruin a great hotel. It could be a delightful hotel. A historic building in the heart of Minsk. All attractions are within walking distance. 1. Immediately upon arrival, we found that the ceiling was dripping on us. It turned out to be from a gap between the ceiling and a spot lamp. A technician was called, he opened the hatch and found a puddle on the drywall. Condensation must have accumulated due to the air conditioner. The puddle was eliminated, but the ceiling was so soaked that for the next three days a musty smell of dampness settled in the room.
2. On the first evening we went to bed and found someone's hair in the bed. They asked to change it, the receptionist girl quickly came from the reception and rearranged it.
3. While the girl was making the bed, I decided to take a shower and found a woodlouse on the side of the tub. I immediately showed the receptionist to the girl. She wasn't surprised at all and just recommended not closing the bathroom door so that the dampness would be less.
4. The beautiful light parquet floors are all covered with a layer of old stains, and the white doors and cabinet doors are covered with greasy fingerprints. They showed the desk clerk, asked him to clean up, nothing has changed.
5. Well, the cherry on the cake. On the penultimate evening, wanting to take a shower, I unwrapped a foot towel and saw bright rusty spots on it. I immediately threw it under the sink. And the next evening, after cleaning, I unwrapped the supposedly clean towel again before the shower and found the same stains. That is, the maid picks up used towels from the floor, folds them and passes them off as clean.
To say that it was unpleasant is to say nothing. This is beyond good and evil. I recommend everyone to run away from this hotel like from the plague.

Fine. Positive. A spacious room. The furniture is new, clean, cozy. Proximity to the center, places of tourist walks. Minuses. From the window of the construction site (May 2024). I did not interfere with falling asleep, because the work was finished around 19.00, but they start early in the morning. There was no dishwasher in the room. All consumables (brush, shower cap, capsules for the washing machine, dishwashing detergent, towel for the kitchen, sponge) on additional request. Because we cooked breakfast and dinners ourselves, we really lacked a dish dryer.

Of the advantages, probably only a comfortable mattress, pillows and the location of the hotel.
Everything else did not meet expectations, they were led by the name of the hotel and reviews.
The interior space of the room is very ill-conceived.
There was an opinion that only a designer with no experience in operating these premises worked. Modern, but no more than that.
The corridor area was completely taken under the kitchen, equipped with furniture from below and above, such a number of furniture is clearly unnecessary, it is empty and without dishes. There is no stove in the room (it depends on the selected room) and it is not clear why there are so many shelves and drawers. In order to use all the kitchen furniture, it is most likely calculated that the family should come with all their dishes (but no one does that).
It would be better if half of the kitchen furniture was removed and a wardrobe for clothes and shoes (which is located in the sleeping area) was made
Bathroom.
The heated towel rail does not work, it is turned off due to leakage, so it must be replaced. Why do you move guests into a room in which the bathroom is not comfortable, not warm, towels do not dry.
The bathroom itself is spacious, but its layout is not practical. With such an area, a narrow shower cabin was installed, in which shelves and a handrail are on the walls, it is not convenient to wash, it is cramped.
We separated the toilet from another part of the bathroom with a glass partition near the sink, why? This partition gets in the way all the time when you wash your face. And in general, it turns out that the sink has a shower wall on the right, on the left it is a glass partition, you wash yourself like in a narrow tunnel. There is almost no countertop, and therefore there is no place for cosmetics.
The reviews write about the friendly girls at the reception, haven't seen, haven't heard. They are always busy with their own business, no hello, nothing…

I haven't stayed at the hotel, but from time to time I stop by the restaurant for lunch. The hotel was disappointing. It all started with the check-in, when three girls at the reception settled the guests (the question is: why should three people do this?, because you can all deal with different guests and speed up this process). As a result, the check-in took 40 minutes. None of the Hilton hotels had such a thing. Initially, we booked a Deluxe room, contacted the hotel and confirmed the room from the photos. The room was given in the wrong category in the attic. We tried to convince them that we had made the wrong booking. The room has 2 small windows, it is very uncomfortable, and it is small. I had to prove it (no apologies) and was eventually moved to room 307. The number is dead. In the shower, the bowl overflowed with water and poured over the entire bathroom. The hotel has a kitchen, but why not put a sponge and detergent right away. The same goes for bath accessories (yes, you can call and ask, but why would guests make unnecessary movements). There is no welcome water in the room. The child had a birthday. I also texted the hotel about this. As a result, already at 8 pm, I came up and asked myself to bring the promised piece of cake. Apart from the convenient location, there are no advantages in the hotel.

Overall a good hotel. It is located in the center of Minsk. There is a party district with bars nearby.:-) clean and spacious rooms with good furniture and renovation. Of the cons: very expensive breakfasts, so we went to have breakfast in the city. They didn't clean well. Just mopping the floors, cleaning up the trash. But the towels were not changed, the bed was not made, but if you tell the reception, they are being corrected. There is a convenient parking for cars.

We stayed at the hotel for the May holidays in a single apartment. I join the advantages mentioned in previous reviews: ideal location, stylish interior, parking (for those traveling by car), responsive staff. A delicious breakfast is a small buffet with everything you need + a la carte order (omelette, scrambled eggs, etc.).
Among the disadvantages: room cleaning, for 4 days of stay we had a full cleaning 1 time (that day we were on an excursion). The fact is that the cleaning was done after 17:00, at the time when you find yourself in the room. Maybe only we are so "lucky".

This year we discovered another excellent Hilton hotel, The Basilian Minsk. The hotel is located in the center of Minsk, on the banks of the river, next to the picturesque historical part of the city. Nemiga Metro Station is also within walking distance. The hotel is located in three beautiful 17th-century buildings of the Basilian monastery, connected by glass walkways. The hotel is new, it opened a little over a year ago. The rooms are modern and very comfortable, usually consisting of a kitchen-living room and a bedroom, there is a small dressing room. In the living room there is a full kitchen set with dishes, cutlery and built-in Bosch appliances, a stove, a microwave, a washing machine and a large refrigerator, which makes it possible for a comfortable long stay. We enjoyed dining in the room, enjoying the cozy atmosphere. The hotel has good breakfasts, especially the eggs Benedict. Next to the entrance there is a summer veranda of the bar, where you can spend a summer evening or sit in lounge chairs on the lawn, covered with a blanket. I would also like to note the attentive and friendly attitude of the staff. I really liked the hotel and would really like to return!

The staff is pleasant and friendly, the service is excellent. From the comments: taxis cannot drive up to the entrance, for some reason they are not allowed to park, and it takes a relatively long time to walk to the entrance to the reception. There are no ramps for suitcases, which is also strange. Well, there is a strange smell in the room, perhaps because after the renovation, or maybe there are problems with ventilation. The fans in the hoods work like airplane turbines. That's just not five stars for it. But if it were possible to put 4 and a half, I would rate it that way.

This is for the hotel's marketers — your logo is super unreadable. It's not even clear what's written there. Minsk is even more or less clear, but Basilan seemed to be writing to a doctor. Maybe this is the legacy of the hospital? Please understand and forgive me for this stuffy comment.

A wonderful hotel, one of the best locations. Embankment, park, center, shopping center, many delicious restaurants within walking distance.
The hotel is clean. We lived with the children in a two-room apartment. The room has everything from a microwave to an iron.
Friendly girls at the reception.
I will definitely come back! And I recommend it for a stop in Minsk.

Beautiful rooms, very polite and friendly staff (administrators, restaurant and housekeeping staff) were ready to help and advise on all questions.
The room is clean, "fresh", very spacious, has everything you need. The restaurant is nice and delicious.
You can quickly walk to most tourist spots in Minsk.

A good place across the bridge from the old center of Minsk. The rooms are quite spacious. Delicious and varied breakfasts. The staff is friendly and responds quickly to requests.

A wonderful hotel, the location is the most convenient: near a lot of entertainment, architectural attractions, restaurants and cafes, a party street. The interior of the room is super, the bed is comfortable. The shower room is too small, there are no more complaints. The price/quality ratio is just 10/10.
