Alas and ah, but this is some kind of fiasco. When 50 cent came to Almaty, we went to the bank there. Everything is great. Just 5 stars. I was lucky enough to visit Astana and decided to go to a local bank. This is the pzdc guys. This is a complete failure. I ordered the same thing as I ordered at the Almaty bank. But that's not what they brought. The orders were rib-eye steak. The menu indicated that the steak comes with demiglas sauce and grilled vegetables. An overexposed steak was brought. It's just overcooked and I ordered medium roast. OK. The sauce is a separate story. If I was not mistaken, it was Mikheev's ketchup lecho. But the waitress claimed that she had been working for many years and "I don't know what demiglas is?!" Then some guy came and brought something resembling demiglas in color and said "cooked especially for you" probably he didn't know that this sauce was being prepared for about 30 hours. Well, as it were. The interior is normal. Music is normal. Decide for yourself.

There were still moments with the fact that they brought hot food, and the appliances after 10 minutes, sometimes I forgot again and had to eat with colleagues with the same appliances for two,
There are still questions about the fact that the order was brought for a long time, there are no complaints about the dishes, but carrying a drink in a bottle for 15 minutes that is not even being prepared is strong
Please take these points into account, as the service says a lot about the institution

The food is delicious. The portions are really small. The music is great, mostly 90-00 rock. The kitchen is wonderful, the chefs are my compliments. The service is normal, although the absence of a waiter call button does not hurt. One of the disadvantages is loud live music, which sometimes prevents you from having a conversation.

Oh, for me it's like the opening of the year. I really liked the barbecue and wine cocktails. They're just beautiful. A separate respect is the music (rock), both background and live. Very cool. I also liked the service. The waiter Nikolai is a great guy.
