August 2024. we are still here, very satisfied. The hotel is modern, clean, conveniently located, the beach is 5 minutes away. We pay for towels, sun beds and an umbrella at the hotel, it turns out cheaper. The staff is polite, everyone is very nice. The breakfast buffet is delicious, a huge selection. Fruits are plentiful every morning:watermelon, melon, pitahaya, passion fruit. Delicious coffee. And in general, I like the resort, the beach is big, clean, the sea is beautiful. I fell in love with Nha Trang the first time :) I will definitely come back :)

We visited Vietnam for the first time. On the advice of a travel agent, we chose this hotel. The hotel is good. There are two types of rooms: with a bathroom and a shared bathroom and with a shower and a separate bathroom. At first they gave us the first version of the room, but at our request they moved to another one in the evening. I don't like bathrooms, I prefer showers, and I hate shared bathrooms. The highlight of the room with a bathroom is that the wall separating the bathroom and the bedroom is transparent. In principle, there is a roller blind that can close the view, but it was broken in our room. We liked the new room better. Ask for a second card, otherwise it will be difficult to move separately from the satellite, because even in an elevator you can't drive without a card.
The kitchen is good, we were not hungry. Delicious yogurt, dumplings and spring rolls. I didn't like the crocodile - it's hard, the chicken is a little dry, but the soups that the chef pours are very tasty.
The hotel has a spa, but we went to the salon across the street, they do a good massage there and are 2 times cheaper than in the hotel. It's a good gym. The hotel is located on the 2nd line, not far from the sea. Sun beds and beach towels are paid. The towel is paid 1 time and is returned upon departure from the hotel, does not change throughout the rest. We didn't take it. Sunbeds for 50 thousand. for the whole day.. But if you want to leave, then either leave some of the things, or warn the vacationers in the neighborhood that you will return soon, otherwise your sunbed will be given away, and you will not have receipts in your hands to confirm the right to a sunbed..
Cleaning is daily, towels are changed.
I have not been to other hotels, there is nothing to compare it with. We liked it.

The hotel is new, well located, close to the beach, tourist area. However, not all rooms in the hotel have a pleasant view, there are rooms that overlook the wall of another hotel. We were at this hotel for a honeymoon from August to September:
1) The hotel knew we were having a wedding. We didn't even receive a mini-Christmas gift in the form of fruits, even those that cost pennies there.
2) They cleaned very poorly, there was always sand on the floor. The bed was changed 1 time in 8 days.
3) The pool closes at 7 p.m... What's the point of it then ...
4) The breakfasts are monotonous, but they cook delicious. The chef is a very nice guy
5) The tour operator's guide had contact with us via WhatsApp and tg, but did not give any notification about the time of transfer to the airport. They almost blew it. The only thing that perfectly sells excursions, which are much cheaper on the street.
6) Well, the most interesting thing is, at the time of departure, we were shown that we had stolen one robe... We showed the suitcases, they were not found there, although initially we said that we received only one bathrobe in the morning. Well, the cherry on the cake... We were shown a photo from our room (as it was written) with a broken glass and cigarette butts... Although we don't smoke. They did not want to give away the passport and asked to pay for it all. After the 7-storey Russian mat and pressure, they gave everything away. As promised, 1 star. At the same time, the cost of living in our room was from 3000 rubles. Check into this hotel? The answer is obvious....

I liked the hotel, it is located on the 2nd line, but the sea is only a couple of minutes away..The room is not tired yet, there is everything you need and everything works fine. We had a room on the 22nd floor with a side view of the sea, on the balcony you could admire both the sea and Winterl. The breakfasts are excellent, of course there is more Asian food, but European food is also in sufficient quantity. A wonderful girl Julia works at the hotel, who will always help and tell you. Near the hotel there is everything you need and a jeweler and a sapphire for exchange and profitable purchases, a bus stop. The sound insulation is very good, or maybe we just didn't have any neighbors)) Although the hotel has a large number of Koreans, Chinese, Vietnamese.

I really liked the hotel, it was clean, cleaned well, we lived on the 16th floor, we didn't have a great view, but we didn't need it. Normal breakfasts did not go hungry. The location to the beach and hangouts is the best, everything is within walking distance. I definitely advise you to stay here.

It is very convenient, we often ordered food through the app directly to the hotel, delivery is cheap, with a maximum of 80 rubles for our money. We took few clothes with us, but we bought capsules and washed them. The room has a kitchen set, a slow cooker, a kettle, a full-fledged refrigerator, dishes. I really liked the hotel! The hotel is located in the very center, everything is close by, holidays, concerts, etc.

Of course, this is not 4, and certainly not 5 stars. There is no cleaning. At all. Towels, water are brought every day and garbage is thrown away. The bed was changed for the 8th day upon request. Comfortable mattresses and pillows. Safe in the room.
SPA and gym. A swimming pool with sun beds and a bar on the 27th floor. Daily change of towels, slippers, bathrobes, toothbrushes. There is a bus stop nearby, currency exchange with a favorable rate.

There are a lot of advantages, in general, I liked the hotel, but sooo modest breakfast. There are no sausage products, the cheese is not always so thinly sliced into strips, as if the cheese is a pigtail. For some reason, fried eggs are fried in advance and laid out on plates, that is, even an egg can not be eaten hot. There are no desserts, only a "log cake" from the 90s.

Awesome We bought 4 stars, but the hotel got 5 stars during our stay. And this corresponds to reality. A small minus was settled for a long time. We had a very long drive to the hotel, and we were terribly tired. There was no place to change at the reception, they sat in traveling clothes, fell asleep in chairs.

I am delighted with the hotel. Polite staff, Russian girl at the reception, large rooms. For breakfast, everyone will find a dish to their liking. Convenient location, everything is nearby. I went to the beach far away to Gorky Park, because sunbeds are twice as cheap.
A big plus of the hotel for me is taking care of the environment - paper bags, a smart solution for changing linen and towels (if you need a replacement, put the card on the bed), even the ear sticks are wooden, not plastic.
The only thing is, there weren't always enough towels for the beach.
I definitely recommend it!

My wife and I had a rest in March 2020. Check-in to the room starts at 14 o'clock. Thanks to the good coordination of the staff, we were checked in 15 minutes after arrival at the hotel, The room is excellent cleaning every day.Meals for four baking rolls different fruits are very tasty .nice polite staff. A new stylish hotel, opened in May 2019. The rooms are interesting - the doors to the shower and toilet are glass (apparently this is a feature of Vietnam). The breakfasts are delicious and varied. There is also European and Vietnamese cuisine. There is a small pool on the roof (there are few sun beds) and a bar. It is located very well, in the European quarter of Nha Trang. The beach is 5 minutes away. There are a huge number of various cafes and markets nearby.
