I want to share my experience of my first trip to Bali, where I spent two unforgettable weeks at the Kempinski Hotel. For me, 99.9% of my vacation depends on the hotel, and this choice turned out to be ideal. The hotel offers top-level service. Our Russian-speaking butler Ratna was always ready to help with any questions, from booking to solving minor problems. We lived in a villa where cleaning was carried out every day, and in the evening a bed was prepared for us, water was put on and the blinds were closed.
The mini-bar was replenished daily: juices, chips, biscuits, beer, tea, coffee, nuts and fruit chips were always available. Even the water in the room was in a glass bottle, which pleasantly surprised me. Hygiene products have also always been plentiful, including shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.
For breakfast, in addition to the buffet, you could choose dishes from the menu, and compliments from the chef made the morning even more enjoyable. In restaurants, the glass was changed after each drink, which I had not seen before in other hotels.
I especially remember the tea ceremony from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m., where you could enjoy not only tea, but also a variety of snacks. The freshly squeezed juices, croissants, tortillas and vegetable dishes were simply delicious. The lobster was very tasty, albeit for an additional fee.
The beach and the hotel grounds were always clean, and the local fauna, including squirrels and monkeys, added a special charm. The Balinese turned out to be very helpful and good-natured people, which made our stay even more enjoyable.
Such a vacation has left only the warmest memories, and I will be happy to return here again.
