Positive: modern and clean interior, quiet location in the private sector.
Cons: location in the city. It's a bit far from the center, considering the traffic jams, it's a real problem. There is nowhere to walk nearby. We were in the car, it was more or less.
The light switches are unergonomically divided. An inconvenient faucet in the bathroom sink is too high, when washing you hit it with your head.

The hotel is in the private sector, but there is a plus in this — silence, mountain view) 20 minutes by taxi to the center. The interior is nice, there is everything you need to stay. Clean linen, towels. Everything is in working order. A polite, pleasant hostess. And also a garden and a gazebo on the street) I recommend it!
