There was no limit to our indignation during our stay at this hotel.
Upon check-in, we were immediately asked to pay extra for the rooms "in a better way", we gave $ 10, realizing that nothing would be much better, someone paid 30, someone even more, those who refused to pay received the same rooms as us.
The hotel is very old, the buildings are dilapidated and are gradually being destroyed. The hotel administration did not check their liveability during the commissioning of the buildings. As we were told, the room has been renovated. Renovation is not a very high–quality wall painting and replacement of night curtains and that's it. There were 8 rooms on our floor, plumbing did not work when checking in at 5: someone does not flush the toilet, someone does not collect water, in one room a child came out of the bathroom with a mixer in his hands, somewhere there are torn hoses at the shower. The master was called, he turned out to be an electrician, smiles and says that everything is "Ok". Of course, this is not his area of responsibility, he called for help himself and 4 men repaired malfunctions, some tourists immediately asked to move out of this building. After a long journey, this is clearly not what you expect in a 4-star hotel for 200,000 rubles.
Air conditioning is generally one of the main problems in the hotel. There are simply no air conditioners in common areas: at the reception, in the restaurant, in the corridors, etc. However, the most unpleasant thing is that they do not work in the rooms either. In this institution, the austerity regime is on everything and cool air enters the general duct system only from 18.00 to 6.00 in the morning, when there is no special need for it, and in the hottest hours the hotel administration actually forcibly expels guests either to the sea, where microscopic umbrellas or to the pools, where it is hot and African you burn even in a long-sleeve shirt, justifying this by the hotel's policy that they independently turn on the room air conditioning system only at these certain hours.
In the room where we were accommodated, the common air duct did not work at all and did not turn on for 1.5 days, we lived this time with the door open, because it is impossible in such a small room on the sunny side otherwise, the same thing happened with the neighbors. As a result, no one believed us, we wrote complaints to ANEX, as we were told, the commission arrived that day and found no faults. Maybe they are not shown disgusting rooms with broken plumbing and a temperature like in a bathhouse?
Many thanks to our hotel guide, she personally reached the director of the entire complex, but he also did not believe her: there was no limit to his surprise, because these rooms were renovated and how can it be that something does not work. Only after he personally made sure that there was a malfunction in our rooms, the heat was just terrible like in the oven, he offered to replace the rooms.
The "restaurant" deserves special attention. There's no way to call this room a restaurant at all, it's a creepy, dirty dining room. The dishes were a constant problem during the whole vacation. It is impossible to find a clean plate, an unbroken glass, spoons – this is generally some kind of unprecedented luxury. They cleaned the dishes for other guests themselves, because the staff does not understand what their duties are at all. The hotel opened after a long downtime on 06/16.21, we stopped by on 06/23.21 and there were few guests, they did not have time to fill it yet, but such wild queues gathered at the giveaways that simply defies logic. Not only the dishes for eating were dirty, but also the places where it was cooked. Fried eggs with black carbon will remain in our memory for a long time. All the food is either undercooked: raw dough just flowed from pancakes and pizza, or overcooked so that it is unclear what you are eating: fish, liver or just a piece of coal. There are few chefs and their qualifications are not clear. For example, they just put the fish on the net for 10 minutes and went about their business. By the way, delicious food was only in these cases, when one of the guests fried his own lunch while the cook was walking somewhere.
There are few staff, the equipment is very old and broken, stoves, barbecues, grills, tables, tablecloths are dirty, there is no ventilation, the food is disgusting and it is very unpleasant to be in the dining room. The funny moment was: there is only one coffee machine for the whole hotel! In the morning she was standing in the "restaurant", after breakfast two guys dragged her to the pool bar, and in the evening she was dragged to the reception bar.
During our stay, a large number of tourists from Russia, a few from Ukraine and even from nearby countries stayed at the hotel, but on weekends the locals came.
They made noise, behaved ill-mannered, littered the entire hotel, whether it was a club or a swimming pool, they didn't care. The situation with the coronavirus is generally interesting. All foreign tourists with tests, vaccinations, etc., and no one tests the locals for anything and will not check.
In the dining room, they are served out of turn by whole crowds, from which the queue of all the others is just up to the entrance.
I want to note that the attitude towards Russian-speaking tourists is kind of disgusting, as if we are not even second-class people, but much worse.

As a result, I can say that the hotel is old, unkempt, dirty, hot, and the food is disgusting. The administration is not interested in the convenience of the guests, they absolutely do not care about any of your problems. The word service is not familiar to them at all, everyone and everything is rude. The main thing they say is, be glad that at least someone accepts you during the coronavirus years.
We do not recommend this hotel as a place to relax.

2. Accommodation
This is a direct problem for the hotel, most likely due to the peak season. We arrived at the hotel by 6 a.m., there were no rooms available. They check in at 14 o'clock, but there is some BUT.. Those who arrived after you get into the "general waiting queue" and will be the first to place the one who will stand at the reception at 14 o'clock (after the tenth approach to the uncle at the counter, we were given a room at 13 o'clock, before that time you change yourself and the children in a public toilet, things are left at the reception (I have not heard about thefts)). I won't complain about the room, we were lucky, apparently, there are no complaints about the room. There are four of us, my sister and I, and two children (6 and 1,2). There is a large double bed and one and a half bed in the room, we moved them together and sleep together.
3. The beach
The entrance is very convenient for everyone, and most importantly for children. Small pieces of algae are brought by the wind, the area is relatively clean. 50 meters may be a little too small, but this does not overshadow the overall impression. We didn't have any problems with sun beds, because before breakfast we go and occupy near the entrance. The beach is big, so I can't say about all of them, I think everyone finds places, we just have to move on.

We rested in Thalassa Sousse 4* for the second time. The concept of the hotel has changed. Now it's a water park for everyone. People come to the water park from neighboring hotels and locals come. Although the water park is now open from morning to evening (previously, 1 part of the slides worked 2 hours before lunch, and 2 part 2 hours after lunch, and there was time to take a ride), but it is not possible to break through for a ride. There is a queue of Arabs near the slides to take an inflatable bun, at the top there is a queue for descent. The lower pools have been turned into a ghetto for Arabs, and those who have settled in a bungalow not far from the slides do not even have the opportunity to go out on their veranda - the Arabs are located there. The food has all become very spicy (previously it was possible to choose something not spicy). The staff is arrogant, the queues for everything are huge. There are constant scandals due to the fact that there are restrictions in everything. So for example, if I eat 3 eggs for breakfast, then I need to stand in line for scrambled eggs 2 times, because they give 1 fried (broken on a hot stove with an egg shell, partially fried) egg in 1 plate. The wine is poured into 2 halves of a glass. No more than 2 glasses and only half a glass. The cleaning is disgusting. They put 2 sets of towels on 4, they say no more. Shampoos and gels are only available if requested at the reception. If you leave money on the bed, they take the money and do nothing at all.
The pool is dirty. It seems to be cleaned in the morning (from 9 to 10, just when it is full of vacationers) but it is full of all sorts of garbage. Half of the sunbeds are broken, the tables are not wiped at all (never).
Near the bungalow, the veranda is also never cleaned. What the wind brought is the problems of vacationers. Even repeated appeals to the administration did not help.
1 change of animators, it felt like I was hiding from vacationers. Then the Animators changed and they started working, but only by the pool. Evening animation is very weak (if there are no invited animators), these are mainly contests among vacationers. Russian Russian animators say almost nothing, there used to be more Russian.

Representatives of Pegasus are at the hotel from 8 to 20. The problems with the hotel are not solved, but for example, we lost our luggage, so it was found and delivered promptly to the hotel. Live music, mainly saxophone, is played by the pool from 6.30 pm to 8.30 pm. The musician plays very well.

One piece of meat is placed on a plate. They won't give you any more. I had to stand in line with my whole family. They give you two pancakes for breakfast..... if you want more, stand in line again. Of the fruits, there were only watermelons and melons. The staff is working very slowly. They also come and take them separately in a plate for the Arabs who rest in this hotel. because they do not stand in queues. Water parks work in turns... but they are not worthy because the Arabs have bought everything. You can stand for 40 minutes to go down the hill. In the children's water park, their children also shove and do not let them go down the slide. My baby got a bump pushed off the slide and it fell. She didn't want to go there anymore... The beach is not cleaned, algae is also not cleaned from the sea and the beach. Although there is a three-star hotel nearby, there is a very clean beach and knitting machines clean the sea of overgrowth and debris that washes up to the shore. In bars, they give you two glasses in your hand... the queues are very long. The guide himself said that this is the most terrible hotel. Money and phones are being stolen from the hotel.
