I was at the "Paradise Delight" on October 19th and 26th. Jae's work is 5 out of 5, as always though.
However, on the 26th, the hammam was not ready for the appointed time (11 a.m.): all the surfaces were just icy. I had to look for the administrator Ekaterina and ask what and how, but no clear answer was given. As I understood it, the man turned on the hammam right before my arrival, so it turned out what happened.
On October 19, on the contrary, all surfaces were warm and warmed up.
There was a residue from the visit on October 26, the administrator did not even apologize. I give 3 stars because of the situation with the hammam.
I also liked the foot ritual with Jae from October 26th more than the foot ritual with Mi-mi from the 19th. Mi-mi is in a hurry, but Jae is trying, doing everything carefully. Jae is the best for me in this place.

Excellent spa salon. Pleasant relaxing atmosphere. We tried the spa for two for the first time a few years ago, when we were in Mogilev for the first time. Now it has become a tradition. Masseuses are professionals in their field!! Of those hour-long massage programs, almost 2 hours of pure time!!! We took different programs, we liked them all. Amazing relaxation!! Happy hours promotion is a nice bonus)

My parents gave me a trip to this SPA for my birthday, with the program "Heavenly pleasure". I really liked both the massage and the service.
A 4-hand massage has nothing to compare with at all, it is very relaxing, all the movements of the masseuses are synchronous, well-established. I will definitely look into this place again.

The masters are not Thai, but at most Filipinas. For some reason they don't speak Thai… which is already a deception of the client. Massage for three, very rough. I won't say for the hammam and the bathhouse, but here's the part where the Jacuzzi, full body massage and tea ceremony are the dump of everything. Recently, some Thai masters left and we were afraid that the new ones would not be so good, but the new ones turned out to be much better than the previous ones, no offense said. During the massage, it feels like your brain is leaving your body, and after it seems that every nerve in your body screams how pleasant it is.

The massage itself is definitely a plus. We were greeted beautifully. Everything is clean and cozy. The certificate was expired, it was accepted, thanks for that too. The fly in the ointment turned out to be at the end, there was a visit for 2 people, a certificate for 100 rubles. The cost of the massage is 85+85. In fact, I had to pay +85. The logic of the institution is "Your certificate is so expired, we could not accept it at all, thank you for at least counting it that way." 15 rubles is not a lot of money, but the sediment remained. After such a situation, there is not much desire to return to an institution that is positioned as a premium. They give strange responses to the review. After spending money on a certificate here, the money turns into a pumpkin. It's not me who should learn respect, but the institution.

A good spa with skilled massage therapists. I liked the procedure itself (it lasted more than 2 hours), and the massage rooms themselves are quite cozy.
But the tea ceremony is just an ordinary tea in a teapot with dried fruits. Don't wait for any ceremony)
We went to the promotion from the site, but the full cost without discounts is a rather expensive price for Mogilev, even for such a service.
