Not a hotel, just a flophouse. If there is no place to spend the night at all, then wait. The rooms are dead, junk. I do not recommend it.

In general, the best price-quality option in the Main Bazaar / Paharganj area, if you ask to replace the bedding with clean ones (they don't really like to change it), ask for toiletries. The guys at the reception are great! Good location- quiet.
