I recommended finding a person who will sweat for a couple of hours and be able to unscrew these bolts. Now the question is, why was I not immediately informed when entering the service that it was impossible to make a collapse? After all, the master knew about this by default, saying that this is a known problem and for machines older than 3 years, these bolts can no longer be unscrewed. I would not change the tires until I had resolved this issue. As a result, the service was not provided to me, but the money was cut down (the stated discount was not given). I could just do tire fitting elsewhere for 45 rubles, and not at their price. And most importantly, now my second set of rubber is being killed. Here is such a service - per unit.
