The staff really knows their stuff. I came for both routine maintenance and diagnostics — each time I got a complete picture of the condition of the car, without imposing unnecessary services. I want to share my impressions of visiting the Tech Service on Kuprevich car service. I don't really understand the technical details, so I always worry when I have to take the car for repairs. But I was pleasantly surprised here!
From the very beginning, I was greeted very politely, everything was explained in an accessible language. Master Nikita listened attentively to my complaints about the strange noise in the engine, made a diagnosis and told me in detail what the problem was. I was offered several solutions, and I chose the one that suited me in terms of price and timing.
The repairs were carried out quickly and efficiently, and they also gave useful tips on car care. I was especially pleased that they called me when the car was ready and explained everything in detail.
