Great hotel. Large, clean rooms with a kitchen. Excellent service from the staff. Special thanks to shev cook. He always came out and greeted the guests, it is clear that Cypriots love children, the cook always chatted with our children, and of course they were well fed. Once a child broke a plate, but no one even came up to him and did not reprimand or swear, they just quietly removed the fragments. The beach is literally 50 meters from the hotel. There are enough places.
Great hotel. Value for money!!!!! We had a vacation in July 2019 with children. Magnificent beaches- coves. It is not crowded even in the season. There are many cafes and shops nearby. We took breakfast and dinner. The breakfasts are monotonous, but everything is very tasty, but dinner is a complete delight. Dishes for every taste: several types of fish, meat, and salads. Lots of fruits and desserts. There are no queues and no crush. A Cypriot evening is a nice bonus. Daily room cleaning, frequent linen change. We really liked it!
We had a vacation with my wife in Cyprus for the second time. The first time we were in Paphos, it was not bad there, but the water in the sea was about 24-25 degrees and the sea was rarely quite calm. Here, the water was the warmest + 28-30, the sea pleased all the days with its tranquility and clear water. I started from the sea, because for my wife and me, this is the main thing on a beach vacation, we did not swim for less than two hours a day, we enjoyed sea baths. From the front door of our room to the sunbed on the beach is 300 meters (measured with a pedometer). The beach is paid for by the municipality, there were always free places, one sunbed costs 2.50 euros, and an umbrella costs the same amount. The sand is very hot almost until evening, the entrance to the sea is sandy, there are large flat stone slabs closer to the shores of the lagoon. From the sea, the lagoon is also protected by natural underwater stone slabs, almost at the buoys you can always rest on them and wallow in the purest water. The security of the lagoon does not allow ships to approach the beach area, so both the water and the air are clean. There are a lot of kids near the shore, here is a paradise for them. The swimming area is large, about 150 m from the shore to the buoys. I described the nearby beach where we settled. To the left (if you face the sea), 50 meters from our beach is Pernera beach, it is a little bigger. There is another beach further to the right, but we have not been there.
Now about the hotel. Tetuk is a fairly modern, well-maintained and cozy hotel. We lived in the main building on the 0 floor near the reception in room 007 – James Bond namber. Our One Bedroom room consisted of 2 rooms: a large living room with two sofas, a dining table, a TV, shared air conditioning, a balcony and a kitchenette (sink, refrigerator, electric kettle and dishes) and a bedroom with a door, double bed, built-in wardrobe, 2 bedside tables, free safe, hairdryer, chest of drawers and a mirror. We had a bathroom with a shower. Linen change every three days, daily cleaning. There are 2 supermarkets 200 meters from our building, the nearest one is bigger and cheaper, we used it. We bought drinking water twice (a bottle of 10 + 1 liter costs 2 euros and 10 cents). We bought ice cream, coca, etc. There is a gift shop across the street 50 meters from the supermarket.
We had paid for breakfast and dinner (I kept the same weight, my wife gained 2 kg). Based on the experience of visiting more than 2 dozen hotels in different countries, the food was decent (although it is strange that with the constant abundance of British in the hotel there was no oatmeal, although there were three varieties of muesli). I will list from memory what the daily choice was for breakfast: cheese, 2 types of feta, sausage of 2 varieties, butter, scrambled eggs, omelette, boiled eggs, fresh cucumbers and tomatoes, stewed beans in sauce, sausages, fried bacon, olives and olives, yoghurts of 3 varieties, muffins, croissants fried bread in sugar, 3 types of jam, syrup, toasts, different coffee, cocoa, milk, many varieties of black, green and herbal tea, sugar and saccharin. The dinners were very plentiful. At least 3-4 types of meat (lamb flesh and bones, turkey and grilled chicken and sauces, pork chop and sauce, cutlets and meatballs, beef), fried fish, battered, baked, sauce, pasta and potatoes are different, casseroles, dumplings with cottage cheese, salads are different fresh, with cheese, with seafood, etc., rice, string beans and stewed carrots, olives, olives, cakes and jellies, apples, watermelon, melon, plums, etc. Drinks are paid.
The staff is friendly. The restaurant is clean, the service is fast. There are two Russian-speaking girls at the reception.
A good place to relax.
We rested at the Tetyk Hotel in Cyprus from 07/27/19 to 08/02/2019. Overall, the hotel is good, there is a Russian-speaking staff at the reception. The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. Towels are changed every three days. There are no problems with water supply and air conditioning. We had a studio with a kitchen area, a balcony overlooking the parking lot) The room is quite spacious and simply decorated: a bed, two bedside tables, a small chest of drawers, a luggage rack, a sofa, a coffee table, a table with a chair and a mirror. There is a hairdryer, a flat-screen TV. In the kitchen area there is a kettle, a sink, a trash can, a cupboard with dishes. There is soap in the bathroom, but there is no shampoo, no toothpaste, no brushes, take it with you. Euro sockets, you can rent an adapter for free at the reception (1 piece). The adapter can be bought in almost any store, the average price is 2.2 euros. Another advantage in the room is a safe and free Wi-Fi. The beach is nearby, we lived in the second building, it takes about 250 meters to get to the purest, but very salty sea, it eats your eyes at once. For those who like to plunge, glasses or a mask are required. On the way to the sea there are outdoor pools (a small children's bowl and an ordinary bowl of approximately 6x12 m). The pool is equipped with a shower, a foot wash tub, sun beds and umbrellas (free of charge). There are also umbrellas and sun loungers on the beach, but they are paid (about 2.5 euros per day). We had only breakfast from the food, it was a buffet in a large hall or you can go to a table outside. The assortment is quite large (cereals, omelets, bacon, eggs, sausage cheese, pastries, jams, curds, fruits). Unfortunately, the assortment does not change, it is the same every day. No porridge, drinks are charged separately. Lunches and dinners are also buffet style. If you pay them separately, the cost will be 11 euros (drinks are for a fee, you can not bring your own). Despite the fact that the hotel is not located in the center, the surrounding area is full of shops, restaurants, cafes, rental points. There are two supermarkets with really low prices within walking distance. The center is about a 30-minute walk away. The hotel is home to a lot of Cypriots, it is popular among the local population. I recommend it for living.
I liked the hotel. Clean, quiet, the sea is nearby. The restaurant has delicious food, lots of meat dishes and delicious croissants. I liked everything. There are many shops nearby.
We were in Cyprus for the eighth time, first in Ayia Napa, then in Protaras, this summer in Perner, Tetik liked the clean rooms with good furniture, proximity to the sea, friendly atmosphere, the request to change the room was fulfilled without words.immediately. The food is like everywhere else, something is better cooked, something is worse, there are no spies how many you took. The room cleaning is good. If we eat more, then here. But the young people will probably be bored here.Far from the center,
I had a rest in September. The hotel is located close to the sea. Walk for 2 minutes. The rooms are no frills, but clean, linen and towels are changed after 2 days for the third. There are no complaints about food. I liked everything, we took breakfast and dinner. Fruits are always plentiful (watermelon, melon, plum, peaches, apples, pears). All the staff is friendly and attentive.
Excellent hotel, between two sandy beaches within walking distance-3min. The food was delicious, the sea was clean. The room was cleaned every day, linen was changed once every 2-3 days or more often (as the pollution increased). I recommend.
We really liked it. The food is delicious and of high quality, the choice is good. The rooms are clean and spacious. The sea is a 2-minute walk away. Nearby cafes, restaurants, doctor.

Cons - a very weak breakfast (bacon, sliced cheese and sausage, cereals, fried and boiled eggs, bread). Although the hotel positions itself as an apartment, there is nothing in the kitchen except 4 glasses and mugs, 4 flat plates, spoons, forks and a kettle.
The advantages are a good dinner, pleasant staff, clean, not tired rooms. Side sea view.
It is better if your room faces the main entrance, there is almost no sun in these rooms. The rooms in the end opposite the pool have the smell of chlorine and noise all day long. The sun is constantly shining in the rooms on the opposite side of the main entrance and cars are unloading.
In general, it is very decent.
