Today I had to visit this institution.I live in Minsk, but sometimes I have to visit this city.And yes, this was not the first time I visited this barbershop, the girls were really wonderful!
But what happened today, I'm just shocked, I can't find any other words! In the salon, two very young girls served their customers very carefully, as I understood, I happened to get a haircut for the senior shift!
First, she calculated me, I paid as requested for 12 rubles, then I asked to cut the ends of my hair by 3 cm (I do this regularly once every 1/2 month.
I was in the chair for about 5 minutes.I quickly combed my hair back, without parting it and not looking that I had a rounded haircut, cut the ends as under a ruler, dried with a hair dryer with tangible blows to the head with a brush. After this approach, I could not thank her, I am not a scandalous person and this is the first time with me, I did not find anything to answer.It became clear to her that I was not satisfied with her work and when I was about to leave, she offered to print me a check!!! Which is a gross violation of both customer service and cash discipline!!!

On August 4, I visited this institution. I live in Minsk, but sometimes I have to visit this city. I visited this barbershop sometimes. The girls were wonderful!!! But what happened on August 4th was shocking! There were two girls in the salon serving customers, I probably happened to get to the older one on shift. At first, she calculated me, I paid and said that I needed to trim the ends of my hair by about 3 centimeters.
I was in the chair for 5 minutes, no more, because the hairdresser was in a hurry, friends came to her.Quickly combing her hair back , without dividing them into strands and not even looking at what is a parting and a haircut with rounding, she cut off the ends of her hair as under a ruler, dried it with a hairdryer without any styling!That's all. I couldn't say anything, after which she offered to print me a check, which is a violation!!!
