The staff is excellent, especially the maids. It is better to settle in the main building, because there is no phone in the room with a connection to the reception, in case of problems you will have to go to the lobby. There is no elevator. This is a big minus, especially in the heat. The bed, the room itself, the balcony, the shower-everything is super. But for that kind of money, even though it's a center, I would consider Marriott next time. It's in the next building, not much more expensive, but the service is of a different order (friends lived there during our time there).

I will put 5 exclusively for the service, location and bed. The guys at the reception are very responsive. The bed is the best! Just a bomb, sleeping and sleeping on one.
The room itself is a little empty, and you can only walk to the floor — this must be borne in mind

There is a coffee shop in the courtyard. There are many restaurants nearby.
Severny Prospekt, Republic Square - everything is nearby.
The staff is pleasant. The apartment is clean.
Of the minuses, there is no elevator (but this is not a minus, but rather a feature.

Nice hotel. The rooms are modern and clean. Cleaning and change of towels every day. In the very center. Located from the courtyard of the building in a residential building on the fourth floor. Reception is on the other side of the building. The price quality with other hotels is on the level. I am satisfied. Thanks!

Four stars only for the forced passage to the hotel from the back, not the most attractive, courtyard caused by the construction, and the need to call your transfer at a very late check-in. In all other respects, the hotel is good and conveniently located. If you just need good living conditions in Yerevan, then this is it. Cozy, polite, comfortable. If you want to add a view from the balcony to everything, then no.
