The rooms are not worth the money, the repairs are weak, the water flows poorly, the toilet flushes poorly, the conditions are 3 days old.
The kitchen is for an amateur, not particularly tasty.
Staff: the woman in the kitchen (I don't know the position) is a boorish woman, no ethics for vacationers, yells and commands like at a bazaar. The waiters are sleepy, they say I'll bring it now and disappear, sometimes they can't stand what you order at all.
Admins at the reception would also do well to take courses of politeness and tact.
The SPA is a separate topic, except for the Jacuzzi, and the one in which the water hardly changes, everything else sucks. The steam room does not heat, the hammam is closed, the shower pours water with its last breath.
And so nature and beauty, the only thing that pleased.

We came to the Terrace Park to sleep and relax from the road. But why doesn't the staff keep order? There is a restaurant. Special areas for parties. Of course, parents don't think about others. But this should be stopped by the administration. It is interesting if we were a group of 15 adults celebrating a birthday in the room. Are we allowed too???? Or they asked me to stop this farce.
