A very warm restaurant, homely atmosphere. Everything is just amazing. Delicious national cuisine. Friendly staff. Clear. Quick feed. Well done, thank you so much for your hospitality. Located in the most historical place
A special pleasure is to spend time on the terrace, admiring the panorama of the ancient minarets and walls of Ichan-Kala. The staff is attentive, the service is at the highest level. Terrassa is an ideal choice for a romantic dinner or relaxation after a tour of Khiva. I highly recommend it!”
The restaurant has an excellent view, interior design, excellent cuisine, good service. I ordered chuchvara (soup with tender dumplings) and dumplings with an omelet inside (these are made only in Khiva). Everything is very tasty. Prices are slightly higher than the average in Khiva, but I would not say that they are high.
Excellent location in the heart of the historic city and excellent cuisine. The view from the upper terrace is excellent. They cook delicious, they bring it quickly. The staff is very polite. Prices are above average.
A delicious place with national cuisine. Everything is fresh and of high quality. The restaurant also offers a magnificent panorama of old Khiva. It doesn't matter-day, evening, beautiful views. The prices are for tourists, but the food is worth it. To my surprise, the local wines that are available in this establishment are very good.
Thank you very much, what good fellows you guys are , we were pleasantly surprised for the quality of the dishes, the dolma is awesome , the pilaf is not greasy , the kebab is beyond praise , the cake melts , we will definitely come back and recommend
A wonderful place! Very curious surroundings in the local style, polite staff. It was winter, so the terraces were closed, and in summer there is a wonderful view of the madrasah and the city square.
The prices for an institution of this level are quite democratic, the cuisine is local, the menu is with pictures. We were very satisfied.
I would like to dilute the 5 stars of this place.
Of the 5 stars, 2e are definitely outside this establishment, that is, 5 for the view can be put, 5 for the kitchen definitely not.
The child took the cheese balls - they were potato croquettes with pieces of cheese.
Caesar, even among the caesars eaten in Uzbekistan, did not take the first place (and even the second). Pilaf is also not tasty and chebureks (they are somehow called differently here) are not super.
The only thing that can be praised: It's tea.
Yes, I forgot about the prices: we ate exactly 3 times more expensive than always.
The menu is in English. The waiters are friendly, even with sclerosis, but after the reminder they bring everything, they speak Russian.
I won't advise you and I won't come back myself. But there are a lot of people there without me: the place is beautiful.
Great restaurant, delicious food, caring staff. The prices are quite high, as the restaurant is located in the center of Ichan-Kala in the old city of Khiva. The terrace offers a magnificent view of the Calta Minor.
The main advantage of this restaurant is, of course, the terrace with a magnificent view of Ichan—Kala.
But the advantages do not end there. The food in the restaurant is excellent. The waiters are polite and courteous, even if they are very busy due to the large flow of guests. And a separate plus: unlike the vast majority of restaurants in Uzbekistan, tips are at the discretion of the guests, and are not included in the bill.
A very beautiful interior in the national style. Everything is very nicely decorated.
Some dishes, for example, green pasta, have an unusual presentation.
The only drawback is that under certain conditions, smoke from the grill area blows onto the terrace.
Places should be booked in advance, there are a lot of people who want to during the season.
The first day we arrived there were no places, on the second day we got there.gorgeous view from the highway to the sights.the food is delicious.
The service is a little quiet, as they cook after ordering, and not as they cook in others, and it's all worth it!
-- it was bad for the family that they allowed smoking directly))this should be reconsidered in the designated place so that they smoke and then eat, they sit next to smoking is not pleasant
Not only adults come, so this should be taken into account, the child should be
Of course, it's a beautiful view. Especially at night, when it's not so hot outside and you can sit on the open highway. The food is mediocre, although the serving is excellent. The prices of simplicity are 2 times higher than the average in the city, but here you pay for the location and atmosphere. Waiters confuse dishes and forget about orders. So if you're waiting a long time, it's better to remind you once again.
I highly recommend it. A wonderful national restaurant in the heart of old Khiva!
Everything is cool - delicious local cuisine, beautiful dishes, and a magnificent view of the sights of the old city, especially in the rays of the setting sun, the stylish interior of the Uzbek teahouse, and, most importantly, the hospitable and helpful staff who welcomed our family as long-awaited guests, trying to warn all our wishes!
Thank you guys for two great warm evenings!
We went to drink tea at a famous place and eat samsa (there was a little time before the tour)
1. Can we have black tea? It's gone, it's over.
2. Do you have wifi? There is, but it doesn't work.
Prices are like in the best houses in Paris. Soup is 400-500 rubles, salads are the same amount of vegetables.
We had a snack, of course.
But all two days later we ate in ordinary cafes, where locals eat with normal prices.
Lagman 250 r, salads 120-130 r delicious lula 8 pcs 480 r
Compare prices and it's up to you, of course.
What I liked was the view and that's it.
I can't put it perfectly. The view from the terrace is really great, it's nice to relax in such a place after a long walk. Now, according to the dishes, the pilaf was brought with meat, which was cooked on top, not soft, the amount was also not particularly pleased, but the lamb in the second dish was pleased. The portion is large, of course it is better to replace the French fries. It took a long time to cook.
A wonderful cafe. Stunning view of the city in the evening. Excellent service. Live music.
It is better to book places in advance, otherwise there are simply no empty seats.
There are no questions about the service and the quality of the dishes. I also want to note the gorgeous view from the open terrace, but the prices are too high for Uzbekistan. It is better to take care of booking a table for the evening in advance.
A pleasant place. The view from the second floor terrace is amazing and the breeze is so refreshing. There is a lot of Uzbek food. The kebabs are delicious here. They also took dolma. Like it. Friends drank wine, they said they were normal. The staff is very polite and friendly. It is located right in a historical place. You can eat there right after the excursions.
Perhaps the best place in Khiva by location: stunning views of the main attractions, delicious food, beautiful presentation, vegetarian options on the menu, good service.
It is a pity that the kitchen is open only from 11 o'clock. It would be nice to have breakfast earlier.
You can go in to take tea away in cold weather.
We had lunch: quite tasty, good service, beautiful views, only one room on the second floor is open in winter.
It seemed a little expensive. But it is very beautiful, delicious, atmospheric. Excellent taste of the dishes and beautiful presentation. We were very satisfied. ❤️❤️❤️. Beautiful interior. Good service. We were a big company, a lot of people fell for themselves in groups. Everyone was divided into separate accounts. No one was confused.. After lunch, separate bills were brought to everyone. Thank you very much.
A place with a beautiful view, an amazing barbecue that melts in your mouth. However, inattentive maintenance spoils everything. When we had lunch there, food was brought to other customers faster than to us, even though we arrived earlier. It was annoying. They forgot to bring us the tortillas and the dessert menu. The prices are high, although the service is not included in the bill here. Prices are higher here than in other places with 17% service.
Despite the eager tourists in the heat) We arrived at a cold snap. Both of our visits found a table for 2!
The kitchen is great!!! The soups are excellent; chebureks are on fire! The barbecue is good! Prices are like everywhere else
They cook delicious food. I liked the pilaf very much and the serving is great. Of course, the most important feature of this cafe is the third floor, or rather the views from it, especially at sunset. The service is good, the waiters understand Russian, but they don't speak very well.
The price tag is not very cheap, but acceptable, average for other tourist cities of Uzbekistan. It is advisable to book a table in advance, especially in high season.
I recommend this cafe
It was 17.10.24. Well, what can I say... The portions are not large. The prices are not just high, but high)) The service is slow, tea was brought in 15 minutes, and lagman and pilaf in half an hour. The lagman was brought slightly warm. The pilaf is normal. My wife took baklava, she liked it. Black tea with honey and lemon is very sour. In the evening, to sit once is authentic and normal. I won't go anymore.
We were at lunch, there weren't many people. The waiters are quick and polite. The food is very tasty. Great coffee! The location of the restaurant provides a perfect view. Special thanks for letting me go with the dogs!
Excellent cuisine, great view from the restaurant, the guys know Russian well, Wi-Fi is on the level. The prices are certainly too high, but the place is a cannon
The view from the upper terrace is amazing.I liked the food and the price tag for the internal restaurant of the fortress is acceptable.we went to other feeding establishments, we didn't find a better one.one of the advantages is the food, and the second is the location and views from it and also that they do not charge 15% for the service.Well, in any case, the invoice does not specify 👌🏻.A small addition, the best (or the best)I did not eat mastava (liquid pilaf), although I took it in many restaurants in Uzbekistan ☝️
It's a great place with a fairly affordable price tag and beautiful surroundings. The food is delicious. The menu includes national dishes. I recommend
The location is very good. There is a great view from the height. I was highly recommended to try the "dumplings" with egg. I tried it. Nothing special. And the menu was brought for three. Well, in general so...
Beautiful view of the city. There must be a better place for dinner.. But the service leaves much to be desired. We waited for the order for more than an hour, and the food was brought slightly warm and not tasty.(
With such a great location, it's not good to cook for so long..
Great views. The atmosphere is wonderful. The panorama is like in a fairy tale. I don't remember about the food. We were just drinking coffee there, I think. The waiters worked well.
A very sincere place due to its convenient location. The terrace offers a beautiful view of the fortress walls, the ancient madrasah and the famous minaret. The sunset view is especially beautiful. Therefore, book a table in advance for the evening.
The food is delicious, you can taste local dishes and wine here. The price tag is average. But the view from the terrace is worth it.
Great restaurant! Cozy atmosphere, gorgeous views in the heart of the old town! A varied menu. Everything is always delicious!
Note: There are a lot of people interested and you need to book a table in advance.
A great place to have a drink with a beautiful view. The tables are located point-blank to each other, the view tables are plastered with those who want to take a beautiful photo. I do not recommend the main meal because of the maximum average menu selection and modest execution, it was usually with a bias towards tasteless and expensive. At the same time, tables need to be reserved in advance, it is better to spend time on joy, especially if the number of days is limited
Excellent coffee with reasonable prices, and most importantly, the view is simply gorgeous. There is both an inner hall with a conder and an outdoor terrace.
Probably the most touristic restaurant in Khiva. The prices are clearly overpriced. The food is quite tasty, the service is good. I was not impressed with the interior. I wouldn't go a second time.
A wonderful restaurant with reasonable prices. We ate extraordinary dumplings with egg and chebureks. It was extremely delicious. The service is excellent, however, as it is everywhere in Khiva. However, the view of the city from the terrace
In my opinion, this is the best restaurant in Khiva. A varied menu, delicious food, fast service and excellent location. It is better to order a table in advance, as the place is popular, there are many foreigners.
A super place. Visually aesthetically pleasing. There is a good selection of alcohol. The food is great. The price tag is 2 times higher, but the beauty around it is worth it
The food is delicious. Beautiful decoration of dishes.
There are a lot of customers, as the country is located in a tourist area. You need to book a place in advance, but this does not guarantee that half of the dishes on the menu will end.
A great restaurant with very tasty food. It's worth trying local specialties - the waiter will tell you which ones)
Of the disadvantages, it is expensive (by local standards) and there are usually no places, you need to book in advance
The restaurant is aimed at guests from abroad, the menu is exclusively in English. The staff is wooden - you have to call 3 times when the hall is half empty, the food is three-fold - the pilaf is not delicious, the dolma is also average, the beer is standard, the only advantage is the view
The best view of the old town. Convenient location. The menu includes both traditional and Russian dishes. We liked everything we ordered. The service is fast, attentive waiters. The interior, however, is like in a cheap eatery with oilcloths on the tables, but the price tag is low
