I underwent a course of ozone therapy after suffering from pneumonia, I have bronchial asthma, COPD. The nurses at this center are great fellows. Attentive, they do all the procedures well.
But the doctors were extremely unlucky. Initially, we read all the reviews - positive, we decided to send my mother here to treat a hernia.
There is a little result in two weeks, but small and with what sacrifices.
At the first VTES procedure, the doctor (Kuat Altybaevich) decided not to pay attention to her complaints that the current intensity was too strong, it hurt her, she was shaking and a strong load on her sternum + she had ischemia and hypertension. He decided that she was just showing off or something, said "bear with it"
When I picked her up from the center, she was shaking all over, the pressure at home was already 155, an ambulance was called.
We told all this to the doctor, the following techniques became more attentive, but still during the reception, while the patient is lying on the procedure and it is necessary to control the talk - watching stand-ups on the phone - this is unacceptable.
The psychotherapist prescribes antidepressants, the rest of the doctors in the clinic say "don't drink them" - make an agreement with each other somehow.
We explained that she had a side effect on some drugs - she has no appetite, she hardly sleeps, pale and restless - the doctors simply waved their hand with the words "it can't be, your dose is small."
No one really wants to understand the individual characteristics of the patient.
Why such negligence? Why do doctors allow themselves to make mistakes on the go (literally running past in the hallway), canceling appointments of their colleagues from the same clinic? How much does the patient need to buy drugs and conduct experiments on himself until you agree among yourselves?
The treatment cost 250 thousand, except for the nurses, everyone treats the patient like in a medium-sized polyclinic - you invent everything, figure it out for yourself, we also invented the side effects of drugs, no one wants to figure anything out.
I do not know how to deal with their chief physician Ermek Zhumadilovich - the first appointment went well, sometimes I looked further at the procedures, now it does not work out with him to sort out the bacchanalia with drugs - today is Thursday, it will only be on Monday.
