Good afternoon, everyone! We have just returned from this hotel, we rested from 10.09 to 18.09. This is the second time in this hotel. So we knew where we were going. A wonderful hotel, it has everything that the soul desires. We arrived early in the morning, quickly took things, put bracelets on our wrists and immediately went to breakfast, and then swim in the sea, because we prepared swimsuits in our purse, you can change clothes in booths on the beach. We were greeted by our friends from Germany Gennady and Marina. By 14h we were settled in a gorgeous room, a room + a children's half + a huge balcony. The staff deserves respect, they are very polite and friendly. They give an exhaustive answer to any question. The hotel has a mostly age-related contingent, there are few young people. The rest is calm and quiet. There is a lot of entertainment for those who want to. Tourists of different nationalities, but all communicate
With each other, we met a Russian-speaking couple from Germany, Vladimir and Tatiana, very nice people. The beach is superrrrr! Sandy, with a gentle entrance to the sea. The bottom of the sea is also sandy. Very convenient. We are very satisfied with the rest, there are a lot of impressions. Thanks a lot to everyone!

The truth: this is a boarding house for elderly Germans. It is too noisy at night, very loud music is playing after midnight and rude staff are encountered.
The sun beds are old and broken. They smoke everywhere. Where 5 stars come from is not clear. They were in June 2024.
The organization of payment for rest and transfer is disgusting. Payment/booking confirmation is not sent. The transfer had to be "knocked out" from the administration, although it was paid for.
The official number (which is on the website) is not answered in Whatsapp and it is difficult to get through. But the money was withdrawn promptly and at the rate as it is convenient for them.

I don't even know where to start?!It was an incredible journey.A great trip, a wonderful hotel with the first coastline on the sea.We were very warmly welcomed at the Hotel Terrace Beach Resort.Such a polite staff, every day was dedicated to a certain topic, Turkey Day, halai dance, national cuisine were so memorable. The food is varied:what is not there! We thank all the staff who tried to make our vacation unforgettable. Special thanks to Aeroflot, who took us quickly and safely. Some positive emotions that still warm the soul. I would also like to say a special thank you to the chief executive Aidan Ozdemir for his professionalism and high-quality work, unfortunately, I did not write down all the names to all my favorite waiters (but Ayla, Dilara, Melisa, Hussein, Ercan, Efe, Mehmed, you are great fellows and hard workers!).Thanks to the beach worker Idris for the good places, he always greeted us with a kind smile. The chefs sincerely wish you health and prosperity, you cooked amazing dishes, a huge cake of several tiers especially for the guests - it was just a bomb!Our favorite animators Dido and Diana thank you for a good mood and a fun time.Every day there is something new and unique. Thanks a lot to everyone, everything is so clean, beautiful, your favorite evenings in the lobby will always remain in your memory. Hotel Teracce Beach is a place where you want to return, a place to recuperate, after a rest there are such pleasant memories and for a long time you come to reality from this oriental fairy tale.One of the best hotels where we stayed!
