The conference was held in a small lecture hall - there were difficulties with ventilation during training events, since it was impossible to use air conditioners in autumn and winter, and there was not enough centralized ventilation.
I have been going to the spa for two years now, well, massage, masks, care. It is very frustrating that the level of service is slipping. There are no dry towels, you have to go ask for them. After the massage, they give torn, leaky robes, which you would not expect in a beauty salon, especially at this level and for such money. I want a luhari after a mask with caviar.
Today we specially came to Terra Spa for 2.5 hours to go to the sauna, swimming pool and Jacuzzi. To be fair, I've been to this spa 5 times already and never had any problems. Always clean, although the interior is tired and scratched in places. Today, our visit was overshadowed by "force majeure", as the spa manager said, in the form of shooting in the sauna. At first, no sauna worked, they answered my request to turn it on, that they would turn it on in half an hour, because filming was planned. An hour passed, no one turned it on, the administrator said she didn't know when they would turn it on. We had limited time because the plane was in 3 hours. I explained the whole situation and offered to solve this issue differently - to return half of the cost, because we did not use any sauna for 1.5 hours + the jacuzzi practically did not work - the pressure was so weak that it was not even felt under water. The administrator agreed, but then the manager came and behaved very incorrectly - shouted, contradicted, said that shooting is "force majeure", and the Jacuzzi always works like that. I explained that I visit them once every two weeks and I know exactly how the jacuzzi works. Out of 10 thousand, she agreed to return only 2, although I offered 1/3 to return - for the sauna, which we did not use. Terrible behavior and inability to resolve issues diplomatically. At least for such communication, I don't want to go back there. The name of the manager Maryam Gharibyan, the administrator (who did not warn about the shooting) Kakayan (I don't remember the name). It is a pity that we faced such a situation on the sixth visit. The impression is spoiled, we will not come here again.
