When buying two jeans, it turned out at the checkout that they cost more than indicated on the price tag. To my objection that, according to the law of consumer rights, they are obliged to sell jeans at the price from the price tag, the cashier said that we are warning you right now that our prices are changing ... (I want to note that at this moment I did not observe any seller in the hall, they were all sitting who in in the back room, who is at the checkout).
As a result, we decided to leave 1 pair of jeans, which is cheaper, but the cashier punches what is more expensive, closes the check and withdraws money from the card.On the remark that she withdrew more than the announced amount, she says that she cannot cancel and refund the overpayment and offers to take the pair that is more expensive. After a ten-minute conversation with her, some guy came up (the seller, the cashier-I don't know) and returned the difference in cash.
