First impression: a very spacious room! It's comfortable inside, despite the heat outside. There are a lot of shops, cafes where you can have a cheap snack, Duty free. Currency exchangers, however, are not as profitable with the exchange rate as in the city. But in order to take a taxi to your destination, you can exchange some of the funds. The bathrooms are clean, they are constantly cleaned, there is even a place where you can wash your feet. The staff working with tourists is friendly and courteous. Many people don't speak much, but they can also speak Russian. But the movers there treat their luggage mercilessly!: The suitcases flew like balls. The result: one of our plastic suitcases had a corner jammed, which even turned it white, another lost a wheel. The wheel was solved right there, at the service point: after a short registration procedure, we were given a brand new suitcase, even larger, for free. Registration was quick, although there were a lot of people, as all the registration windows were working (unlike the Kazan terminal, where only half worked).
Everything is fine here, debugged, auto activated, clean and people are working hard. The automated passport control system is very good. The main thing is not to listen to the workers at the airport entrance when departing from Dubai, who will send you to the terminals for self-registration on the plane. This is a paid service and a long one, it turns out faster for free in the queue.
The modern technological terminal of Dubai airport. There are cafes, places for passengers to wait, clean modern toilets. The only drawback is very powerful air conditioners - both at the airport and on the bus that delivers passengers to the board
I liked the terminal. Quick passage through customs and passport control. The staff is polite and friendly. There is everything you need and duty-free shops and the Internet and a toilet and a drinking fountain and a coffee shop and a multinational multi-colored company! The main thing is to listen carefully to the boarding announcements. They announce in Russian, the latecomers were directly persuaded to fly home
It is very compact, there are a lot of people - besides our "polAsia". Duty free is decent, there is a Poppy and a couple more cafes, a good toilet and a smoking room full of people all the time))) Everything is for normal waiting, not hot and not stuffy.
Everything is convenient, control is not strict, water is allowed to be carried, toilets are clean, there are a lot of smoking rooms, electronic registration is mandatory, but food courts with loyal prices will help you figure it out in English.
An excellent, modern terminal. There are no huge queues, as in many other airports around the world. Friendly staff! But... there is nowhere for the apple to fall in the drive (departure area)... there are very few cafes where you can pass the time before departure. A very small business room. Therefore, 4 plus!
I visited the second terminal in Dubai twice, there were long transfers, very comfortable stay in the terminal, everything is very clean, friendly attitude of the staff, everyone is smiling. I do not speak English, but there were no problems with shopping in the dooty-free, there are consultants and cashiers who know Russian. I got a lot of pleasure from communicating with people
We arrived on August 16, the flight was from terminal 2, it's terrible!
There are a lot of people, even very, very, mostly Russians and emigrants, there are no places to sit at all, they brought us to the airport in 4 hours, passed all controls quickly, got into a small duty-free shop, nothing interesting, only prices, the next one was McDonald's , there are no seats at all, the tables are all occupied, everyone is standing over each other's souls and catching places , we also had to do , ate delicious fast food and the 3 remaining hours just walked in a circle, it's very cold at the airport , the air conditioners blow like in Vorkuta , get ready right away.
Everything is fine, but passport control on arrival is long. The staff is unhurried.
Non-working information boards in the waiting area during the return flight.
There is a slight inconvenience in this, since if you do not know the language, you may not see the information about the departure, in case of a change.Prices in duty free are higher than in Russia. As it seemed.
On the street, Russian-speaking scammers offer to transport an iPad for a reward. Be careful.
When I first got to that terminal, for some reason an association arose that this was Zhukovsky airport a la UAE. Anyone in the subject will understand. The terminal is small, check-in for flights to Russia is carried out in sector A (for those who doubt, the employee at the beginning of the serpentine shouts Moscow-Moscow).
All stages of boarding pass quickly, and with a five-year passport it is faster to pass passport control than with biometrics.
There is one Dutik with the usual set, exchangers if there are a lot of dirhams left, cafes, McDucks. Starbucks.
The audience is mainly South-East and Central Asia, and Russian tourists, of course.
A small but very convenient fly dubai terminal. I would like to note the speed and quality of service. The terminal is convenient for passport control. Automatic machines do everything. Well, if you wait for the flight, have a snack, drink tea.
Everything is very convenient and fast! No unnecessary checks. Automatic passport verification at customs. There is one queue, but there are a lot of check-in counters. We stood for 15 minutes in total, although there were enough passengers.
The biggest duty-free store I've ever seen! T2 is large, clean, bright, lots of waiting areas, lots of cafes and vending machines with food. The SU is in perfect cleanliness. There is a special smoking room. Everything is at a high level of comfort!
It is beautiful, clean, passport control is simplified (you bring your passport to the device, you conduct it, the doors open and that's it), for whom the marks on the passport are important, then this year they did not put any in the UAE. In the summer, they were frozen, the air conditioners were working hard.
An excellent, spacious terminal, a large number of shops and fast food outlets with quite reasonable prices. There is an opportunity to do something while waiting. I liked everything.
The airport is super! We flew on July 15, 2024, everything is perfect. The service is excellent. There are security guards all over the airport, if you don't know the language, give a ticket with a smile and they will show you the direction. We are very satisfied.
A large good airport, Convenient designations for departure) Everything is clear even without knowledge of the language. The staff greets, accompanies, explains. We liked Duty free too
It's a terrible place if you have a connecting flight at night and you are white European girls-be afraid of this terminal, because it is filled exclusively with orthodox Muslims and the population of not the most civilized third world countries, littering there and in general with the absence of any concepts about manners and norms of behavior in society. And that's why you don't belong there. Even if you are decently and modestly dressed. The Pakistani comrades will take you apart for spare parts with their eyes. In this situation, it's good that the eyes. One way out and salvation-business lounge
A huge airport in size, beautiful, admires with its beauty, cozy, clean, shops with a large assortment, the staff is responsive, calm, helps people fly away
It is not clear, with almost empty check-in desks, and there are many of them, there is a large queue of tourists behind the tape. And it's so convenient that literally any check-in desk serves any flight, it's cool, you don't have to queue at one counter, as in most countries. Dubai 💗
Hello everyone. I have visited this port twice. Everything is organized clearly, thought out. The flow is moving fast. After 30-40 minutes, you go through all the control procedures. Definitely 5!
You will pass through the terminal very quickly, very good, better than the first and third, always choose the second one. You will pass with benefit, comfort and without queuing
Well, of course, not their main terminal. Economy class, it's a little cramped. There is a dutik, there is food, there is a drink. In general, it is clean, but crowded.
I'll put 4*. The terminal is crowded. There are crowds in Duty Free. There is often nowhere to sit. There are advantages, for example, automated registration for Fly Dubai. But this is not a plus for everyone, some people have difficulties with this. The choice of shops and food outlets is average.
I've been there 2 times. This is probably an airport for second-rate destinations. There are always a lot of people, you can charge your phone only in 1 place, it's a Starbucks, but it's not easy to sit down there, like in other cafes.
Beautiful, very convenient, technologically advanced!!! Clean, comfortable. There are no queues anywhere, and if they appear, they are quickly regulated. Thanks to those who have created and maintained such conditions for passengers.
The airport, specifically term 2, is some kind of small, crowded barn. We can't even compare it with our Vnukovo. Not only do you check in your luggage yourself and hope that it will be faster at the counters because of this, but it's not. Everything takes a long time and then the question arises, but why did you come up with this? When passing through passport control, many people do not recognize their face and the hassle begins.
Great terminal! The passage of all pre-flight procedures takes minimal time without fuss and queues. There is a lot of space in the waiting room. There are catering facilities, terminals with water and coffee,"Duty Free, wi-fi is available, and sales in the terminal stores are carried out both in dirhams and dollars.
In principle, everything is fast when passing inspection and customs. There were no problems, especially on departure...
Shops, cafes, a smoking area...Everything is normal
A large, spacious airport.
Only in the storage as an anthill because of the large passenger traffic.
But the guys are great airport workers. They cope with such a frenzied flow of passengers.
A huge airport. Beautiful and cool. You will have to get to the desired gate by metro and bus. If you are traveling with dollars, then you don't have to change, they sell in duty free for dollars at a good rate.
The terminal is small, the business hall was not impressed, they took off with an hour delay, although registration was on time, but they delayed boarding. The Duty free zone is large, the prices are high, but the UAE is basically an expensive country.
A very small airport, there is practically no place, not even a chair to sit down! There are few duty free shops! The prices at the airport are too high! Even at McDonald's! The toilets are flushed with hot water and dirt! Do not leave things unattended!
An inconvenient terminal. It should be borne in mind that there are no children's areas and children have nowhere to play. There are a lot of people and you can't sit and eat in cafes. Keep this in mind for long transfers
It's a guard. There are a lot of people! The staff, however, works quickly. Everyone is friendly. The money for Tax Free was changed quickly. There are shops for sweets, cosmetics, all kinds of food. The toilets are clean.
Well, maybe he's not bad by himself. Everything is clean, there is no mess. but. It's very tight. There's just not enough space, and it's not tour season yet. Apparently FlyDubai is not ready for such a large number of passengers. It's not so easy to find a place in a cafe. There are long queues in the shops. But it should be noted that registration is very fast. It took about 15 minutes from the airport entrance to customs, including all inspections (though without luggage). Therefore, in general, everything is not bad. But not 5*
It is very convenient to clean and stand fast, you can eat delicious tuleti clean fellows at this level, the highest service is there from whom to take an example 😉
The worst terminal of all Dubai airports. The business hall is a chicken coop, there are not enough places. There is something to eat. The bar is paid, expensive
