A great place to relax. Russian bath, Hammam, Finnish sauna - mmmm... A great place to steam up, relax. A pool with cool water in a warm room, when leaving the steam room, you can immediately cool off in the shower under a tub of cold water or in the pool. There's cool warm thermal water outside, +38°. I really liked the place. The territory is huge, you can walk with pleasure, everything is well maintained. Thanks to the staff for their attentiveness and smiles!

Great territory. The sauna and sauna in the spa are really not too hot, rather for children. There is no food in the spa, but there are snacks and delicious tea. Nice pools. Overall, the place exceeded expectations. Well done!

Excellent outdoor thermal pool, water temperature +38 g., The second pool is indoor, slightly colder. There are three saunas, Finnish Russian and Turkish. At the entrance, they give towels, slippers and bathrobes. You need your own. There is a minibar with drinks on site, you can buy beer and mulled wine from alcoholic beverages, a large selection of non-alcoholic ones. The only food is cookies, nuts, dried fruits. The thermal complex itself is located on the closed territory of 8 Lakes, cars are parked in the parking lot of the village, then by electric buses or on foot.

Everything is fine and the service is excellent. We have vacationed there with our family many times. The last time the temperature in the Turkish bath disappointed, it was only 30-36 degrees. Technicians came, checked something, but never fixed it. With the high prices operating there, everything should always be exceptionally good.

The price does not match the quality, there is no food in the spa area, while if you go outside, then you need to pay back the entrance again, the territory lacks more grooming, there are moments that require repair, but apparently the owners tend to receive income without additional investments, expectations were not met. The houses are already dilapidated, there is an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, a place where you can dry things after the pool is not thought out.

I was with my brother on 02.01.2020, I personally did not like it rather than liked it. It is very cold in the main room, there is no vestibule, instead there is a heat curtain, which is turned off. I asked to turn it on 3 times, but at first they said that there were no batteries for the remote to turn it on, and then they completely scored. People constantly go out to the thermal pool, and the cold blows out not childishly. Because of this, the room temperature was no higher than +14, which is cold. The institution makes millions a day, and spares money for a heat curtain! I got cold and started sneezing. And this oriental restaurant is a canteen for 6,000 tenge. They brought the devil knows what, it would be better to eat in the city. Obviously, the owner of 8 lakes does not care about the comfort of visitors.
