Everything is super except for the barking of dogs under the windows, the operation of showers outside and the artificial shutdown of the Jacuzzi by the cold pool. If compared with Kosino, then preference is given to the Lark. Judging by the fact that the construction of not only residential buildings is continuing, staying in the Lark will be even more pleasant.

I had a chance to visit Zhayvoronka in November 2019. The price-quality ratio is quite acceptable. The only thing that upset me was that the saunas did not work on Sunday, while this fact did not affect the ticket price in any way. In such cases, a small discount will be comforting. It would be interesting to see this place in the summer.
