I was in this store on March 15, 2024. I liked the shoes and city sneakers. Bought. I asked at the checkout if they were issuing Tax free. Yes, of course we do. I waited for the receipt for half an hour. The male salesman and the female cashier pretended that they were trying to arrange, several times. We looked at the passport once . It didn't seem to work out. Then they said that everything was OK. They gave me the check, but without the Tax Free envelope. I had my doubts yet. And sure enough, when I gave the receipts at the airport for a VAT refund, I was told that it was not a receipt for Tax Free. And the price of 2 pairs of shoes was decent! Cheaters work in this store. Be careful!!
