Summer house , beautiful grounds, clear sea , sparsely populated beach. The owner of the Teremkov is responsive and tries to help with his favorite issue.
➖:
⚫️the territory is divided into two owners of houses , the second , released an aggressive dog into a common area that is access to the sea. We were relaxing with a small child, the dog was barking and throwing. I was afraid to walk around the territory without my husband. They asked to solve this problem, but it was not solved for a long time. This attitude towards the guests of the Teremkovs is surprising.
There is a dining room on site with expensive and not tasty dishes, unsanitary conditions. Maybe we didn't have any luck with the staff this season. We cooked ourselves on a gas stove, went to restaurants and cafes in Gagra.
R.S. Our family loves animals very much, we have been working with them for more than one year. Although the dog is old, it has not a small size and speed. The animal protects its territory, but it is absolutely not safe for guests.
Very mixed feelings about this place. Overall, the nature is VERY beautiful, there is a lot to see, but the attitude of certain people is amazing.

We would like to sincerely thank Arthur and all the staff for the good-natured welcome. We had a rest from August 23 to 28. Family of 4 people (2 adults , 2 children) . We were very satisfied . The territory is large, surrounded by greenery, there is a playground for children.
There is a dining room. Antonina cooks delicious dishes like at home.
The sea is the purest nearby. Shops are within walking distance.
In general, I don't want to leave... but we know that we will definitely come back here more than once.

We rested in the Teremki 4 times, I want to come back here again and again. Very cozy territory, lots of greenery, the sea is within walking distance, its own dining room, special thanks to the cook Antonina and her assistant Natasha, for the delicious food. This is our place of strength, the charge of energy after a rest lasts for a whole year. Abkhazia, Alakhadzy, Teremki ❤We will definitely come back!!!

A private property with several wooden one-storey houses located in a tangerine garden and other southern trees. The cabins have a toilet, shower, air conditioning. Not a big terrace in front of the houses. The sea is 70 meters away. SAP rental services are offered. It's not far to drag.
A separate respect for the dining room located on the territory of this base. Delicious and varied dishes. You can also buy soft drinks and other beverages there.
The owner of the database is a responsive and positive person. It was in June 2024. Like it.

The sea is very close, 3 min walk. The houses are small, but everything you need is there. The bathroom is very small, it is difficult for full people to enter, the only drawback. Like grandma's in the village: cows, horses, walking on the beach) There are much fewer people on the beach than in Sochi, etc., the sea is clean and warm. The guy in a white T-shirt selling chebureks on the beach is just super, sooo delicious!) Houses in the garden of fruit trees, very cool! Special thanks to the host, a great guy! He knows all the guests by sight, is very sociable, polite. If we come back to Abkhazia, then only to teremki! Thank you for your hospitality!

Good day! We had a rest with a small group of friends with children in the "Teremki" from 06/02/2024 - 06/11/2024. We have been to Abkhazia for the first time and we can say with confidence that we will spend our holidays here again with great pleasure. Abkhazia is a country of the soul! Everything is wonderful here: people, nature, the sea!
"Teremki" is a recreation center on the seashore in the village of Alakhazy. There are many such typical houses here and nearby, BUT only on the territory of the "Teremki" it is green, soulful, each house has a small terrace with a table and chairs, it is thanks to the garden that there is always a pleasant shade on the terraces. The houses are small, but very cozy and have everything you need: air conditioning, a small refrigerator, even a TV. It was always comfortable to wash in the shower, there were no interruptions with water, there was always hot water and the sewer system also works well. The staff is wonderful. Natalia and Antonina thank you very much for making our stay comfortable, delicious, convenient and so memorable. The prices in the dining room at the recreation center pleasantly surprised us.(for two adults and two children, any meal did not cost more than 1000-1500 rubles).
Of course, there is nowhere to go in the village itself, we rented a car (back in Sochi) and thanks to this we looked at other cities of the republic. Alakhadzy is so conveniently located that it takes about 20 minutes to get to Gagra and Pitsunda, about an hour to New Athos, Lake Ritsa is also about an hour away, maybe one and a half. But it is necessary to comply with traffic regulations and make CTP insurance (it costs 1000 rubles for 15 days)
The "Teremki" are located very close to the sea, my children and I went to the beach for a maximum of three minutes and then because the children did not walk fast. If you walk a little along the seashore to the left, you will find yourself on the street with various souvenirs and goodies. Next to the "Teremki" on Abovyan Street, if you go in the opposite direction from the beach, there is a grocery store in a 2-minute walk, everything you need is there (ice cream, drinks, snacks, etc.).
Special thanks to the owner of the recreation center "Teremki" Arthur - attentive, sincere, skilled, hospitable. It is clear that Arthur is doing his job with all his heart and tries to make sure that all the vacationers feel good and that they return to the "Teremki" again.
We will be in Abkhazia, we will stop only here!!!!!

A quiet cozy place, sleep well and take a break from the city - that's the thing! Inexpensive. The dining room is on site, they cook delicious at home. Lots of greenery. The sea is very close! The sea is the purest. There are not many people on the beach! We were in early July. There is a nuance) fat people are unlikely to be able to enter the bathroom. We had a vacation in August with two families.
The rest turned out great, cozy houses with a green area, the house has everything you need, clean towels for everyone, snow-white linen, room cleaning , hot water always, air conditioning, TV shows great (we really had a carousel mostly), refrigerator. We had a vacation in May 2024 with children. The accommodation in the house was comfortable, there is a garden on the territory where you can take a quiet and pleasant walk. The host is very friendly and polite, always ready to help and go to a meeting. The food at home in the dining room is delicious. The sea is just around the corner, which is important with young children. Only positive impressions remained. I want to go back there again.

From the promised communal kitchen, there was only a kettle with a centimeter layer of scale. There is a canteen on site, where two women work. None of them knows sanitary standards: hats, gloves, hand washing - it's not about them. They take the money and give the pie with the same hand. And the kitchen itself is all sticky and dirty. Well, they smoke on their haunches right behind the cash register in the kitchen. Just achtung. Moreover, the prices are horse-drawn for all types of dishes (as in all Alakhadzy).
The houses themselves are normal, but there is a lot of untreated wood, there was a fear of bringing a splinter from any touch to the wall. The TV was showing every other time. Teremkov has no generator for electricity, so they often sat without air conditioning. Wi-Fi is distributed throughout the entire territory from the same dining room, and if your house is far away, then, alas, you will not see the Internet (and roaming is expensive!)
But not everything is so bad! The first star is the proximity to the sea (or rather, to the beach, which is full of cow cakes). Yes, indeed, the sea is 150 meters away.
The second star is the cost of all this good. There are no such prices on the Black Sea coast for such conditions with a double bed and a toilet in the room. In August 2024, they paid about 2,100 per day.

Good day! I rested from 05/28/23- 06/03/23 the place is good, houses with amenities, air conditioning and shower with toilet. There is a dining room with an acceptable price tag. The host is a friendly and polite person, the staff will always help if necessary. The sea is 100m away, the beach is pebbly, but it didn't bother me. The houses stand in a beautiful garden where citrus fruits and roses grow and much more, beautiful and calm, it looks like a vacation in a country house next to the sea. I would come here again, I will say that yes!!!
There are disadvantages, but maybe for someone it is not ....
This is a periodic power outage, which means there is no water or air conditioning, cows on the beach and this year there is an active construction site on the coast and it is a little annoying.

We spent 10 days with a group from Nizhny Novgorod at the end of May. The territory of one hectare is divided in half: on one half there are houses and there is the owner Arshak, on the other a guest house and Arthur rules, and in the middle there is a dining room with a large plasma and karaoke. Everything is surrounded by greenery, mulberries and strawberries are right here. The owners are the kindest, most intelligent Armenians. They are very friendly, they constantly monitor the territory, they solve all requests at the moment. Special thanks to the hostess of the dining room Antonina and Natasha for the delicious food and drinks. Everything is very emotional and diverse. The sea is just a couple of minutes away on foot. The air is magical. There are a lot of different shops and food outlets on the next street. It's like being immersed in another dimension! We will definitely come again!!! I recommend it! Excellent price/quality ratio.

Now about the disadvantages. At first we really liked it. Own a house, no neighbors. But it turned out that the floors in the houses are shared. That is, the neighbor's children play as if in your house. Well, anyway, we're just going to spend the night. The audibility is very good, all the neighbor's sounds are audible) on the fourth day, the floor fell through between the houses, the boards rotted. I don't know how the neighbor didn't break his leg. The next day it was repaired.
We took it for 10 nights. At the equator of our vacation, Irina was asked to clean the house, clean the drain and change the linen. She said that she would change the linen "tomorrow", but she would not clean the house. Take a broom, a bucket and yourself. And in general, "why are you getting dirty? Don't get dirty, it will be clean." The beach is pebbly, the pebbles are rushing home. And clean the toilet. The shower drain is clogged. The next day we were given new bedding, but we have to change it ourselves. C - service.
By the way, when guests come, she talks to them a lot. And all day on the phone with relatives. So, when her views on life did not coincide with the guests, she began to call home in the evening and tell her relatives in raised tones with a negative. So that everyone can hear. They made comments to her, in vain the next day it continued. The guys had to move out. We woke up every day not when we wanted, but when Irina called home. It was very inconvenient ...
the area of the house is 9m2. 4m2 beds, 2m2 shower, toilet, refrigerator and everything. There's nowhere even to put a chair. I also strained with the shelves. We decided to store shoes behind the door. There's a table, chairs. Under the table. As a result, the dog stole my sneaker at night. Cats run on the roof at night (I hope cats))) there are cracks everywhere in the house. Therefore, there are a lot of mosquitoes, ants, spiders. And mosquitoes were not found anywhere on sale. Stock up. There is mold in the shower area. The drain was clogged after 4 days with stones from the sea. Towels are provided only for the face. There are no large towels.
Parking space. There are 4 cars inside. If you are trapped by the 4th car and people have gone to the beach, then you are not going anywhere either. You can park outside the territory. There are places for 6-7 more cars there. Or along the road.
As a result, if you are going for a short time, then it is a great option. If it's more than a week, then no. Or book in different names several times, so that there is at least cleaning.. Saved T. Tonya with her pancakes and pies. If it wasn't for her, we would have moved out of there.
For all the time, the light was turned off 1 time for 45 minutes. Every day it turns off for 30 seconds, but these are small things. There was water without light. There is no Internet connection

I do not know who wrote that the sea is dirty, it is not true.The cows did not bother us, as well as the animals on the territory. Of the disadvantages, I can mention the dining room on the territory. As soon as we arrived, we went to see. We were shocked when we gave 500 rubles for two stuffed mushrooms)) These are restaurant prices apparently. For scrambled eggs made of two eggs, not salted, without greenberries, in short, without only 180 rubles (shock)And it's not even an omelet. Who writes that it's inexpensive, you're probably lucky, but we didn't come out)) I think Arthur was not aware of such prices. I had to go to the canteen in the village. We had a family vacation in Teremki in August 2022.
Overall, I liked it!!!
The description and photos correspond to the fact: clean wooden houses with air conditioning, a large green area, its own dining room and ... an environment conducive to relaxation and communication with neighboring houses, the sea is a real 100 meters away.
I especially liked the hospitable and understanding attitude of the owners of the complex - thanks to Arthur and Nina.
I will not name the disadvantages of such a vacation with the remark that it is still an economy vacation and you should not expect super comfort here:
1. It is clear that the houses are simple and get very warm in the sun during the day (... only the constantly switched-on air conditioner saved).
2. The sea itself is clean enough, but the beach is shared and no one cleans it, so there is a lot of garbage.
3. The village itself is very rustic and cows walk along the roads there; it's not scary on the streets, but at the same time it's boring.
... in general, the feeling of rest is that you have come to visit friends in the village, you are resting, but left to yourself.
There is another nuance of recreation in Abkhazia, which does not directly concern Teremki, but rather concerns recreation in Abkhazia as a whole: in the month of August, when the sea warms up well, some kind of rotovirus develops there. Among vacationers, the percentage of damage is about 90%, neither cognac nor chacha saves :-)
Everyone goes through it differently: in the mild case, it is a digestive disorder for 1-2 days (mostly in all adults), but in severe cases (more often... children) this is a plus temperature of up to 39 and vomiting.
... a very unpleasant moment, ... I advise you to stock up on medicines in advance and start taking them already for preventive purposes before the start of water procedures.
As for me, my general conclusion is that I have looked at Abkhazia - the nature there is beautiful, but most likely I will not go there anymore.

We were in August 2023, the only advantage is the proximity to the sea, really 3 minutes, but the road to the sea is through the waste of cows that graze nearby. The yard is in the shade of trees, but it is impossible, it is terribly stuffy, probably because of the fence, which is made of corrugated board. There is an air conditioner in the house, but it does not cope with its function during the day, the room temperature is 40 g. it cools down only at night. Towels are changed only on request, and then you have to wait until these are washed, in such humidity they simply do not have time to dry and stink of dampness, the floors were already dirty upon arrival. There is no closet in the house, only a rack with a hanger, it is very uncomfortable, there is no chair and table, there is nothing to eat on, there is a table on the terrace, but it is very stuffy in the afternoon, in the evening there are a lot of mosquitoes. The shower curtain is mildewed, it is very unpleasant. I do not recommend going to the Dining room on the territory, dirty kitchen, cats and dogs in the kitchen, the cook is an unfriendly woman, without a hat, sweat drips immediately on food that is not tasty, takes money and immediately puts food on it. In principle, I do not recommend this place for recreation, it is neglected, prices are high, dirty, the sea is also dirty, on the third day they caught rotavirus. Look for more comfortable places to relax.

August 2022. first we were in New Athos and then we came to the Teremki in Alakhadzy. and it's just heaven and earth. in the Teremki, we immediately felt comfortable at home. Arthur showed us where to park the car, showed us the territory, the dining room, and offered (at an affordable price) to take a ride on the sea of saps. The garden on the territory is simply magnificent, You can always go into the shade of the trees. The dining room is very conveniently located on the territory. you can have breakfast, lunch and dinner. Arthur is also cooking kebabs. In the dining room, you can order a glass of cold Sukhumi or coffee. Every step was filled with exceptionally pleasant emotions. Every day we just enjoyed our vacation. There were times when there was no electricity and WiFi was missing, then we talked with friends.
When we left, my wife could barely hold back tears of sadness - that's how I liked it.
Minus one - we have to go to the Teremki 2500 km from home.

A great place, the sea is just a stone's throw away, all the amenities are in the Teremki, there is always shade from fruit trees on the terraces near your house, birds sing and flowers smell.
All in all, a great place, for a reasonable price.

It's a beautiful place. The shower is hot, the mattresses are comfortable, the houses are clean. There is a refrigerator, clothes hangers and even a shelf for charging your phone.
On the veranda there is a table and stools made by the owner himself.

Just returned from this wonderful place! Everything is very cozy and clean. The house has air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, bathroom. There is a place to eat, the cook cooks perfectly, everything is very tasty! The sea is a 2-minute walk away, and the street with shops is 5 minutes away. Special thanks to the owner of the houses for the warm welcome! Such a good, kind attitude towards guests is rarely found anywhere. We liked everything very much, we will recommend it and hope to come back ourselves!

I was on vacation with my parents and friends in August 2022. We got a nice house. But friends really had an anthill in their house. A good dining room, delicious cooking, as I remember. Excellent waffles were sold nearby, it's not a long walk to the beach. Kind hosts.

We had a rest in September 2022. The sea is clear. The rooms are cozy. The rooms have TV, Wi-Fi, bathroom. The dining room is not bad. Shops are a 10-minute walk away. There are also canteens and kebabs. You can choose an excursion. In general, I liked everything.

in 2021, we were there for the first time. I really liked it. eco-friendly- wooden houses., cozy verandas with table and chairs. shower. toilet. fridge. conditioner. TV is everything in the house.lots of flowers, greenery. there is a dining room and a cook (we did not use it). The owner, Arthur, makes a great barbecue. to the sea- go out the gate. the market is on the next street.
in 2022, in June, they rested there again. We met as old and kind friends. a complete reboot from the noisy, stressful life in the big city. I RECOMMEND IT!!!

I was vacationing in Abkhazia . Super all the sea people and recreation. Prices are the same as ours or slightly cheaper. The sea is clean and warm. We rested. Everything in the teremki is super, the houses are equipped with a hospitable and responsive host. If you are thinking of going to the Black Sea, then definitely to Abkhazia and not to our sea.
