LCD in nature does not differ from advertising brochures. Decent quality of construction. Clean, neat and beautiful on stairs, front doors, playgrounds and sports grounds. The electrical panels and other engineering communications are well decorated. Low-rise buildings are especially attractive. The walls are not perfectly smooth. The floor is flat. It's all good. Be prepared for additional utility costs for safety, cleanliness, lighting, maintenance and repair of the entire territory of the residential complex. Of the advantages, a quiet area, the number of floors is not great for Almaty, just for those who want to live in a quiet area of the residential complex, the place is very warm, I liked the apartments and the quality of the construction, I recommend a friend to buy there

Hello everyone. The buildings are very well made, but the interior layout of some apartments is terrible. Up to and including violations of fire safety. And this complex is surprisingly not a part of Almaty. And you can only get there by taxi along broken and narrow roads. This is clearly visible on the map.
