They applied to leave their belongings and furniture for the time of departure to another city. The operator informed us by phone about the cost and conditions, everything was fine with us, we agreed on the time when we would arrive, and began packing. When everything was packed and packed, and we were going to call a cargo taxi, the operator suddenly informed us that they would not accept our things, since we are citizens of the Russian Federation, not Belarus, therefore, in their opinion, we can leave things and not return for them, which will be a problem for them. How it was possible to think of such a thing is not clear, among the things are new furniture and household appliances, we leave payment for the shelf life, obviously we will not leave our things to the mercy of fate. Time was running out, we had to leave in a few hours, most warehouses were either far away or could not physically take our things for storage day after day due to the busy movers. The company let us down very much, we had to urgently look for a similar place where they were ready to receive us day in and day out. It's unpleasant that everything was agreed upon and everything turned out this way

We rent a warehouse there. Their service is excellent. Well done. However, the conditions are tough. But it's worth it.
