Something is constantly leaking and the hot water is turned off. The water is warm, not hot, but cold in winter and the pressure is zero.

I live opposite this organization. I am glad to have the opportunity to thank the employees of the heating plant for the hot water and warmth in our homes. I remember a time when prevention lasted 10 days. 10 days without hot water. Currently, prevention lasts a maximum of a week. For 15 years, I do not remember any serious accidents or prolonged hot water outages. Thank you very much!

How can my review help others make a choice? Choosing a boiler room? If there is no heat like this winter, then the proximity of the boiler house does not give advantages. When it works during the heating season, it buzzes.
