I would like to express my deep gratitude to Teplo-Time for the professional and prompt repair of the gas boiler! There were only positive impressions from the work of the specialists.
From the very beginning, I was pleasantly surprised by the high level of service: the manager answered all questions in detail, explained the possible causes of the breakdown and suggested a convenient time for the visit of the master. The master arrived exactly at the appointed hour, which was very important to me, as I do not like to delay time.
The specialist performed the diagnosis quickly and efficiently, identified the problem (it turned out that the temperature sensor was out of order) and immediately fixed it. All the work was done carefully, without excess dust and dirt. After the repair, the master checked the operation of the boiler, made sure that everything was functioning properly, and gave recommendations for further operation.
I would like to note separately that the prices for the services turned out to be quite adequate, there were no hidden fees. Everything is fair and transparent.
Now I know where to turn if there are problems with the gas equipment again. I recommend Teplo-Time as a reliable and professional company that really cares about its customers. Thank you for your excellent work!
