They gave the Grundfos pump for repair, pulled them every two months for a whole month, constantly explaining what and with what malfunction they passed. We always answered, we will call back and never called ourselves. They took the pump in half with grief from the repair, paid for the repair, but the problem remained as it was. In general, a month without a pump, hassle and for your money. I had to give it to another service for repair.

There are no employees in the office, the office is constantly closed, what kind of representative is Grundfos))) so there is only one sign. I've been there several times, there's no one there. You make phone calls and there are always some redirects. I asked about the repair of the pump, someone else's pump was returned, now I can't find the ends, they promise tomorrow and so every time.

We have repeatedly applied for the repair of Grundfos pumps. Competent staff. Diagnostics of pumps is free of charge, provided that repairs are carried out at their place. I definitely recommend it.
