- Very long serving of dishes
For the first time we came here with a friend on 12.06 for breakfast. Everything was amazingly delicious, she had a designer breakfast, I had avocado toast like in the first photo. We decided to spend the remaining days in Grodno going here for breakfast.
On 13.06, my friend ordered a designer breakfast again, the same as on the first day - with grilled sausages. They brought some other sausages with sauce. It turned out that the cook secretly changed the grilled sausages to sausages made from poultry meat and did not warn. I think this is unacceptable. But the employee made a bonus in the form of a free drink as an apology, for which thanks a lot, she smoothed out an unpleasant impression.
14.06. Another shift in the hall, and the cook is still the same freeloader, apparently. My friend ordered a breakfast constructor with these unfortunate sausages again, and the cook also secretly put sausages from poultry. It's not even funny anymore, can't you just say that this product doesn't exist? And if the guest is allergic to poultry? Yes, or just don't like the taste?
Well, I ordered the avocado toast I liked on the first day... In the second photo, do the toast that was brought to me on 14.06 Look like each other? No, the toast was just disgusting. Firstly, it is impossible to cut a huge lump of bread, not toasted. Secondly, the avocado is cut somehow, there is a huge amount of greens on top, which interrupts the whole taste and looks like someone threw up on this toast (probably a cook who hates his job). Thirdly... Fish. There are a lot of fish in the first toast, it's delicious, and I didn't even realize that there are tomatoes in the toast, it turns out. And there is almost no fish in the second toast, under this mess of greens and avocado there are just tomatoes...
And donuts were served differently in the breakfast constructor all three days. On the 12th - the sauce is separate, delicious, on the 13th - the donuts floated in the sauce, the sauce itself is not special, on the 14th they forgot to bring the sauce at all first😅 Only after the question of where, in fact, they brought it. But it was not as delicious and sweet as on our first day.
Apparently, on our first day, on 12.06, a cool cook worked, and on 13.06 and 14.06 someone else worked. I will recommend this place simply because there may be a successful shift. I see here that the owners monitor the reviews and respond. Please work with the cook who doesn't give a damn about his job and treats guests like morons who don't distinguish dishes from each other. Your place is very cool, and a lot of people come, take coffee with them, and sit in the hall / on the street with families with children

A cozy place in a beautiful courtyard with good coffee.
Beautiful interior, good atmosphere in the establishment. There is a very good menu with food and snacks for the coffee shop, in addition to delicious coffee there is an equally delicious wine for lovers.
The waiting time for coffee is about 3-5 minutes, without queues.
In general, I can say that I will return to this institution and recommend it to you if you are nearby.
UPD, a year later:
Instead of 5 stars, I measure by 2, due to the fact that no matter how you go to eat or drink coffee, there is no milk, then there is no most of the products from the menu, the waiting time for breakfast is more than an hour (it's just tin), the staff (waiters) do not know the menu, they cannot nothing to advise.

It is a very cozy and atmospheric place. We were with the family a couple of days ago. Coffee tower. I especially liked the cherry one. My wife got a match, it seems, with orange juice. Tiramisu is very delicate and fresh. The staff is friendly and courteous. The cafe is somewhat reminiscent of St. Petersburg. I definitely recommend 10 out of 10

Great place, the best breakfasts in the city! Be sure to use the breakfast constructor: try a poached egg, a croissant with cream cheese and butch-bru (this is such a special Americano).

A wonderful place, with a wonderful warm atmosphere and excellent friendly staff. Very tasty coffee! We tried different breakfast items - they were also great. Cheesecakes with suluguni and spinach are simply gorgeous - very tasty!

We came to eat in a cafe, but it turned out that many items are missing, as the menu is changing. That's okay, but when we started asking what is the second thing that we can recommend, a cafe employee (maybe a barista, it's not clear) immediately stepped in: WE DON'T HAVE A RESTAURANT HERE! We were shocked by this attitude towards customers. We didn't have time to eat, so I can't evaluate the dishes. People go in there and buy coffee, there's nothing else to do there.
It would be great if the cafe would reconsider its policy in terms of customer relations. The place itself is cool

For a very long time we wanted to visit this cafe with a friend. The staff was not friendly and disinterested.It turned out that there are many dishes that are not on the menu.No alternative was offered.The questions were answered reluctantly and vaguely.There is no queue, but the dishes were served for a very long time.Drinks were served last, which was not the case elsewhere.In addition to napkins, there is no sugar or salt on the tables, which is strange for a cafe.There was also no pleasant appetite or the usual friendly smile after serving the dish.There is no desire to come to this cafe anymore.

And the breakfast turned out to be so-so, we used the constructor. Separately, I note that there are no spices on the tables, and there was no time to run after them, they swallowed the unleavened pesto and left.

Место на не очень твердую 4.
В меню есть завтрак конструктор (возможно идея взята с Минского Мон ном бара), все было вкусно, но не понравилось что за 4 блюда платишь 20 рублей, когда в Минске платишь столько за 5 блюд. При этому порции здесь даже меньше…
- Тирамису не понравился, не пропитанный, никакой.
+ Кофе хороший.
+ Персонал приятный.
+ Дворик тихий и красивый.
- Кухня маленькая, поэтому даже при небольшой посадке, время ожидания ~20-25 минут.
Был инцидент, заказала айс латте на миндальном молоке, принесли, молоко было скисшее, все свернулось, мне быстро сделали новый напиток, и дали карточку для еще одного бесплатного. За это спасибо)
В целом - рекомендую.

В целом хорошее место, уютный зал + очень атмосферный внутренний дворик, где модно спокойно посидеть с кофе и сигаретой. Одну звезду снял только за цены, они тут чуть выше средних. Но если для вас это не проблема, то могу смело рекомендовать.

Отличное заведение в центре города. Весь персонал всегда вежлив и приветлив. Если нужна помощь с выбором блюда- они всегда помогут. Душевное , спокойное место с приятной фоновой музыкой. Разнообразное меню, очень вкусные десерты, большой выбор напитков. Есть возможность собрать себе завтрак из тех блюд , которые хочешь. Быстро, вкусно и цены не кусаются.

Кофейня совсем недавно открылась, зато уже успела нашуметь. Приятная атмосфера в самом заведении (с приходом хорошоей погоды открыли еще и веранду), хороший подбор музыки, очень удобное расположение ( прямо рядом с корпусом университета и 5 минут от центральной улицы). Хочу отдельно отметить крутое ведение социальной сети Инстаграм. Еда готовится относительно быстро даже при условии большой нагрузки, кофе очень вкусный + радуют красивым латте-артом. Цены относительно других кофеен приемлемые. Асортимент в меню постепенно пополняется. Могу с увереностью сказать, что на данный момент это одна из моих любимых кофеен)

Поставил пятерку за еду, которую они готовят сами - конструктор очень вкусный, понравилось буквально все. Атмосфера заведения тоже на пять звезд.
Но вот десерты на твердую тройку:)
Такому классному месту нужны менее посредственные десерты

1 звезду ставлю только лишь за интерьер и за то что в Бресте есть тепло, которое готовит сама пончики и кофе вкусный, создаются теплое воспоминания.
И так, заказала карамельный Капучино, мало того что девушка делала его 7 минут. Так сделав порцию эспрессо добавила с неизвестной пластиковой банки похожее что-то на карамель, так еще в зяла с барной стойки соль и солила прилично кофе( в меню не указано что соленая карамель), будьте добры не готовить то что не заказывали. Можно заказать сироп, а не взбивать сгущенку с солью. Кофе отвратительный получился. Круассан покупной(сами не пекут) был черствый, точно лежал более суток. Так за 13 рублей получила плохое настроение.

Сеголя были вечером, заказали десерт (тарталетку с ягодной прослойкой), каучино, ягодный чай, за всё вышло 18р
Десерт сам по себе ужасный, несвежий, песточное тесто в тарталетке очень сухое и твердое, бисевит абсолютно забит, яголная прослойка отнюдь не чувствовалась, весь ее вкус перебивали лепестки чайной розы. Консистениция крема очень твердая, десерт хранится в неприавилтной температуре, а его цена - 7BYN, для такого десерта цена абсолютно не оправдана!
Что касаесо напитков - норм. НО! Кружки очень неудобные, палец не влазит в само ушко, как пить горячий напиток - неизвестно.
Персонал не особо приветливый, что в очередной рпз отталкивает от посещения заведения.
В заведении находиться некомфортно, атмосфера так себе.
В итоге 1 звезда только за напитки. Цены на блюда абсолютно не оправданы. К посещению не рекомендую.

Побывала в Тепло несколько раз, и могу с уверенностью сказать, что обязательно пойду туда еще!
Очень хороший обслуживающий персонал, приветливый и помогают в выборе при необходимости. За это однозначно большой плюс.
Очень красивый интерьер , ничем не хуже кафешек из пинтереста, плюс очень классная атмосфера не только, чтобы поработать, но и просто посидеть отдохнуть (отдельно, что заметила - это классный подбор музыки).
Больше всего понравился ассортимент кофе и еды, все выглядит аппетитно и плюс почти никакого ожидания, так как все готовится очень быстро.
В общем, обязательно рекомендую к посещению всех, кто там еще не был! :)
