I am a guest of the city and I have been to this restaurant twice during this visit. The first time everything went Perfectly - I will note the children's room and the nanny (there was a young man), the waiter promptly served our table, everything was delicious. The second time - the waiter spoiled the impression -they waited a long time for the order to be accepted, she did not say how much to expect and disappeared from view for 20 minutes, they turned to other waiters - they promised to pass the information to ours, but the result was zero.

Excellent location, beautiful veranda, interesting menu. But, alas, according to the experience of two visits, the worst service of many seemingly decent establishments in Almaty. Today, I went to have lunch at 2:25 p.m., no one meets me, no table is offered, I sat down in the center of the hall, 5-6 indifferent waiters were fussing around. No one came up, offered a menu, waited 20 minutes and left hungry. :))) An interesting concept of quality service. I didn't like it. I hope the owner notices the problem and deals with the room management.
