Advantages for me personally: two elevators, laundry and ironing, a work desk. Two liters of bottled water are brought every day. The staff is polite, there are no problems with communication. There are two sockets on both sides at the head of the bed in the room. No problems with hot water, good shower cabin. The hotel has a bar and a gym. There is a printer and scanner at the reception, they can help with printing and scanning. The location of the hotel is excellent - near a shop, restaurants, a beautiful avenue along which you can walk. Good cuisine - buffet for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the menu is varied.
Cons: the Internet seems to be quite good in terms of speed, but sometimes WiFi falls off, you have to call the reception. Breakfast is paid. The TV is small for our time, not Smart, connected to a conventional antenna.
A great hotel, I advise you to take a half-board dinner + breakfast. The food is excellent. The staff helps with almost all issues. In general, I advise you, it is a very good place both for rest and for a working visit.
I put 4 stars in advance, as I have not lived in other hotels in the city. We stayed in a suite, 2 adults + a child. The room is huge, in May 2024 the patches are 27,000 tenge, breakfast is included. They started to lay out the sofa, it's broken. They changed it when we were there, they brought it from the other room. They brought extra bedding, there was no blanket and pillow, they reported it on the call. There is no mosquito net in the bedroom, mosquitoes have bitten at night. Our room overlooked the restaurant, the hood is noisy from them all night.
The room has a large refrigerator, stove, microwave. But at the same time there is neither a pot nor a frying pan.
The bed linen is white, clean, and the mattress is comfortable enough.
Our company occupied 5 rooms, it seems to me that there was no one else in the hotel. Therefore, it is a pity that the rooms were not prepared.
Otherwise, everything is fine, just check everything at once.
