They make fools of people by just giving them hope

Why are there such problems with your customer service

You can't solve the problem.

I haven't used their services, but they've already been annoying with their calls. Every day, the robot calls three times to tell me that I need to pay the loan, and they tell me the name of a person I don't know. The robot says if it's not me, contact customer support. No matter how many times I've called, I can't get in, they say there are a lot of calls and I'll call back in an hour. It's been going on for a month now, it's useless to block numbers, every time there's a new number.
