For Petropavlovsk, this is a very good hotel, clean, has all the accessories, breakfast is without choice, but delicious! It's important, natural coffee! The location is also great, right in the park.

Two advantages are a good location and a bathrobe/slippers.
The room is small. There is no air conditioning. The rooms are on the ground floor, at 6:40 a garbage truck arrives and takes the bins, this is apparently instead of roosters. The shower is all leaking, you have to put a towel for your feet every time, and then it lies wet and stinks. Upon check-in, there is a decorative dirty pillow on a clean pillowcase. Pillows are a nightmare, change the pillows! There's already one pillowcase left and a knocked-down filler! Cleaning takes out the trash and changes the towels. That's it. They don't wash the glasses, it's probably unnecessary. The water is only in the cooler, well, at least they put bottles on the first day. In the morning, the room stinks of food, especially when the porridge burns.... Breakfast is limited. What was especially amusing was the surcharge for scrambled eggs of 50 rubles, for an omelet of 70. It's a joke. Fried eggs are always fried in all hotels! At a room rate of 7000 with breakfast, this is a disgrace! Shower gel in a sachet. There are no cotton swabs. Tooth brush, razor on request. There is very little light in the room. It's very dark to work with a computer. Sockets at the bottom behind the bedside table, in order to put the phone on at night, you have to move the bedside table.
In general, the cost per room is clearly overstated. I'll be back here.

I've been to this place a couple of times. The last time I was in 2023, I drank a beer and left. Stacy for 20,000 tenge is too much, the same steaks in Astana 7000 maximum with all the rules of aging refrigerators and all that 3 stars

A pretty decent hotel, the room is clean, tidy, the staff is wonderful. I ordered a suite, the price-quality ratio is consistent. Breakfast in the morning, on the second floor, very cozy.

The rooms are cool, stylish, clean and comfortable. Good toilet and shower. The mattress on the bed is too hard, so it's for an amateur.
They refused to iron an ordinary men's suit, they said it was too difficult for them.
Breakfast is ready to choose from. In principle, it's not bad.

The rooms are nice, clean but cold. At -15 it was 18 degrees in the room, the window was siphoning. There is no parking, the car is on the roadway, there is no restaurant or cafe, there is no possibility to have dinner or just a snack at the hotel, the staff sends you to the park cafes. There is no smoking room. The staff is polite and friendly. The service for such money should be higher.

I liked the hotel. Spacious, quite modern room, comfortable bed. I managed to communicate only with the guy at the reception, he was quite kind.

Great hotel. We lived in a junior suite. The location is good. Friendly staff. A wonderful room. The breakfast is hearty. 4 stars for the little things that need to be fixed. Nice hotel, small cozy rooms. Clean rooms, shower, toilet. It's a pity there is no restaurant inside, but there are several delicious restaurants in the city for dinner. There was a mistake with the armor, the manager seems to be Elena/Tatiana (sorry, I don't remember) solved the problem by giving me the key to a free suite!

One of the advantages is the location.

I had to urgently move out a day earlier, the accommodation was paid in full, more than 10 days have passed - the money is not returned: they are rude in whatsapp, they refer to the accounting department, then to the director, who is allegedly on business trips and it is impossible to make a refund without his signature. Obviously, they expect to be forgotten. Therefore, we do not recommend contacting such scammers.
