Wonderful staff, especially Victoria, helped me to do such a wonderful thing, delivered a gorgeous bouquet to another state! I found a website on the Internet and made an order, to be honest, I did not even expect that the impossible could be made possible!I can say that the people who work in this store are real professionals! The birthday boy received a gorgeous bouquet and to be honest, the flowers look even better in person than in the photo! I love small and cozy flower and gift shops. The store has a pleasant and positive atmosphere. I am pleased with a good selection of incense (I recommend it to those who are fond of it). Which is convenient, here you can buy a bouquet of flowers, inflate balloons, choose a postcard, a toy and pack everything. As they say... 10 in one, which is very cool. We are also pleased with the discount for a regular customer and small gifts in the form of postcards and souvenirs. I came in with a child (a girl), while they were making a bouquet, they talked sweetly, the child was given a bracelet (how many emotions there were!). The mood is great, I will come to you again. Thanks for everything.

I would like to express my deep gratitude for the fast, timely delivery of flowers to the store's employees, in particular Vladislav. The bouquet of flowers was delivered at a convenient time for me, outside of the store's working hours, at 8 a.m. The courier delivered the flowers twice without delay. This person is always cheerful, positive. It is very nice to see such employees. Thank you very much!!! But the quality of the flowers wants to be better. The flowers are NOT fresh. Cut flowers were added to the vase with violets!!! Roses began to wither on the second day!!!

Хороший магазин цветов с приемлемыми ценами. Персонал обходительный, цветы вроде все свежие были. За 30р сделали красивый букет + надули шарик. Для постоянных посетителей есть скидочка.

Очень хороший салон цветов! Уже много раз там был, заказывал разные цветочные, персонал всегда класс, цветы свежие. Зайду еще не один раз) И кстати, еще через них заказывал доставку цветов в Германию, все исполнили на высоте.

Хочу выразить огромную благодарность магазину «Телефлора»! 08.03.2023 пришел прямо под закрытие в магазин «Телефлора», не смотря на то, что это уже был вечер, мне собрали букет свежих белых роз, при этом по хорошей цене! Вежливые все сотрудники, особенно мужчина который собирал букет!
