Problems with the Internet started. They may turn off several times a day (from 2 to 5 ). First, I called the operator and they told me how to fix everything. Then I stopped calling because I became almost a pro at solving the problem. Sometimes I call to get an answer to the problem of Internet disconnection, but never once did any of the hotline operators answer me how to solve it. They only offer solutions that I already know . Everything is beautiful in the advertisement, but in fact the service is not provided in full or they force me to change the tariff in this way.

Tele2 operator deliberately misleads customers by offering to double the GB in the tariff for timely payment. I have been using this Internet for Devices tariff for more than 6 months and pay in advance all the time. The tariff is not cheap 900 rubles/month. And yet, I have never received the promised doubling of Gb. Unable to stand it on 09/26/2024, I wrote an appeal to Support. The answer was received only on 10.10.2024, from which it became clear that they simply rejected me (I attach screenshots).
People, do not believe the Tele2 operator, they are deceivers and deliberately mislead customers and embezzlement.
