Tele2 operator deliberately misleads customers by offering to double the GB in the tariff for timely payment. I have been using this Internet for Devices tariff for more than 6 months and pay in advance all the time. The tariff is not cheap 900 rubles/month. And yet, I have never received the promised doubling of Gb. Unable to stand it on 09/26/2024, I wrote an appeal to Support. The answer was received only on 10.10.2024, from which it became clear that they simply rejected me (I attach screenshots).
People, do not believe the Tele2 operator, they are deceivers and deliberately mislead customers and embezzlement.
позвонила первый раз во время вызова скинули , позвонила второй раз сказали что ничем не могут помочь, вопрос: тогда для чего вам операторы? раз интернет плохой то зачем вообще поднимать цены? идиотизм а не помощь
