The repair time is constantly delayed, they cannot give a clear answer about the stage of repair, prices for the same repair can vary greatly depending on the mood of the receptionist. I gave the Xiaomi A2 Lite smartphone for repair (malfunction - the screen does not respond to touch). They diagnosed that the screen was out of order due to flooding (the phone was bought second-hand, so they took the "specialists" at their word). We agreed to replace the screen with a good one (price - 100 rubles) As a result, for this money, the BATTERY was changed instead of the screen (We ask -why? Did you coordinate the screen? - so probably it was her controller that did not allow the screen to work normally and in general it is not working...(the old battery was returned - there were no traces of moisture and bloating on it, before repairing the smartphone, it held a charge for a day without any problems. I inserted it into the Bluetooth speaker, it works endlessly). And the screen is good, we washed it... So take it and don't thank ...) But with this battery, the phone was charged to a maximum of 93% (and in just an hour, which indicates a small battery capacity, the program showed that the real battery capacity was about 2000 mA) and discharged faster than thought. I carried it back three times, asked them to fix it, according to them they changed the controller, but as a result nothing happened (and they hinted to me that flooded phones are not subject to warranty at all and just because I am such a super duper customer, they will try to help me. In general, the toys on the phone are to blame for everything - they burn out 15% an hour in the background, and the battery is cool, and blah blah blah ...). As a result, I got tired of hanging around them, the battery finally died after six months and the child walked with the phone tightly screwed to the power bank. They did not repair the phone again, as a result they bought a new one, we remember Telpi as a terrible dream.
The crooked hands gave away a meter-long TV, the backlight burned out, the backlight was done and the matrix was broken, the floor of the screen was vertical stripes, in general, I do not advise in any case!!!!!!!!!!!
