At first it seemed that everything would be fine – the master arrived at the appointed time and the diagnosis was quick. However, when I got my washing machine back, not only did it not work, but it also started making strange noises that had not been there before.
I have repeatedly tried to contact the master and the workshop administration, but they responded very poorly to my calls and messages. As a result, I had to contact another service to eliminate the consequences of the "repair". It seems that the specialists here are not qualified enough and do not pay due attention to the quality of their work.
Recently, I came across an extremely unpleasant experience of contacting a refrigerator repair shop. In the beginning, their ads promised impeccable service and quick problem solving. However, when they took away my refrigerator, the expectations were not fulfilled.
At first, the specialist could not pinpoint the cause of the malfunction. Instead of prompt repairs, he offered to replace expensive parts without even bothering to explain why it was necessary. The whole process dragged on for several weeks, despite the initial assessment of a couple of days.
I contacted this office with a steam steamer and pointed out the problem that it does not emit steam. Not only that, I haven't heard from them for 2 weeks. So even when the master called, he pointed out the same problem. I was shocked. After that, he started telling me stories about how everything works, but he doesn't give out steam and they can't repair it. I started asking where you can advise me to apply. All I heard in response was the word I don't know. After that, I decided to pick up the steamer, but even then I was very disappointed, because they charged me for the "DIAGNOSTICS". Bottom line: I came with a problem, the problem was not solved and the money was stripped in addition.
The refrigerator repairman, upon arrival, did not even try to understand the cause of the malfunction. He just changed a couple of details without explaining anything. As a result, the refrigerator now works even worse than before, and the food in it has deteriorated. A complete disappointment. I do not recommend it.

I repaired everything promptly and relatively inexpensively, Everyone is Happy! And recently, the refrigerator flowed from the back of the tube entry point into the freezer (copper tube in a soft PVC casing)... They called the master again, who came, shone flashlights, turned on the refrigerator through his power supply unit, which showed how much power the refrigerator consumes, did not disassemble anything, and so on... And the master says that you need to fill the refrigerator and replace the tube and announced a good amount (more than 200 rubles) and that's all in a maximum of 5 minutes of his work.... As a result, a master from another company was called, he disassembled the rear part of the refrigerator, found where and why it was flowing from behind from this tube, it turns out it was because of the insulation that let air into the freezer from behind (the insulation was cracked and cracked and even almost fell off itself). The master cleaned, dried, made a new insulation (softer and more elastic), also checked all the electrics in the refrigerator with another device, and so on, and said there was nothing to refuel and change the tubes... As a result, 40 minutes of the master's work, an inexpensive price (up to 50 rubles), he left us a conclusion on inspection and repair on paper, gave us a 1-year guarantee for this work. From all this, I will say to this and another company, contact only after communicating with the master and if he voices a large amount and expensive repairs, look for another one right away, and if the master arrived, shone flashlights and (drove) over the ears, etc..there is nothing without disassembling and so on.. don't pay him, but call a new one, let them teach him...but naturally, knowing that another master is coming now, the bad master immediately disappears without conflict and without payment in a minute) All the Best)))

I applied to the workshop, as it should be - with the model number, passport, with all the data to search for the part. The master looked and pronounced a verdict - " oh no.. there are no such people anymore... but, try it, maybe you will find it somewhere, the price will only be at least 130 rubles." At that moment, I was ready to order a part even for that kind of money, because I understood the statute of limitations of my beloved assistant... As a result, in the evening of the same day, I searched the Internet and found my part. I ordered it from guys from another city and for only 42 rubles. In general, the master could earn quite a decent amount from me, but did not even want to try. Something like that...
An electric cord was needed for an iron in a fabric winding. They don't have any new ones! They brought a non-working used iron with a whole cord and asked for 25 rubles for the cord!!! They do not have fixed prices for used spare parts! They are traded like on the "market"! I found a new cord, though in Minsk, for 8 rubles. I offered them 10 rubles. They refused me, they said let it be better, we have it lying around for that kind of money! I do not advise anyone to go there! Boorish attitude towards customers! At the same time, they have a used iron (working) on sale, with the same cord , the price is 20 rubles. What is the attitude to customers and repairs!

I took this blood glucose meter and ran to this center in the hope of repairing my blood glucose meter. That was not the case! One lady who took orders pleased me that they do not repair blood glucose meters. How is that? They write on the website that they are repairing, but in fact they are not. It's just that the masters have their hands sharpened in the wrong place. I remember how my cell phone was repaired earlier. It has been under repair for several months and has been out of touch for these months. And they said, they say, come back in a week.
