Having arrived very politely explaining everything and telling the prices - they asked to wait 15 minutes, as a result, after waiting for the promised time, they tell me that the reason why the generator died was not in the brushes (which I diligently proved to the staff and asked them to solder it to me), showing that the problem was different, they agreed to do everything and wait another hour it was just time for lunch) an hour flew by, on the way to this service station, the administrator called me and said that everything was done, everything was assembled, checked at the stand and it turned out that my regulator had died) this happens, I understand, that's why I asked for a diagnosis myself. As a result, we did everything in the best possible way and assembled the generator completely, as I asked, because it was freezing outside, I didn't want to dig around on the street with all this. As a result, everything is set up, everything works great.
I would like to note the high professionalism of the craftsmen, the responsiveness of the administrator, respect for the client, understanding of the situation, as well as benevolence. It was fine, I signed up, came, made an application.As soon as the master approached the car, the price for "remove- install" (without diagnostics and repair, this is a separate story) increased to 200 rubles. + download (and then refuel the frion accordingly due to the need to remove the compressor of the condee), Saying that we did not agree on this, I got into the car to leave and the master announced a different price- 150 rubles + condee. I agreed.A couple of hours later, the master called me back and said that the gena had been removed and checked at the stand (and it was, like, "all right"!)they disassembled, cleaned, put it back, said "take the car and don't come to us anymore, the generator is in perfect order." He arrived, paid off, refueled the car, and left. The lamp was still "winking", they said, "the collector was being polished...the brushes will get used, everything will be fine." At the stand, they immediately saw a "flicker", a voltage relay was replaced, an armature assembly with a collector, and both bearings.They were very indignant about how it was possible to put the generator on the stand and disassemble it without seeing the malfunction.By the way, one of the bearings was completely smashed, and the collector was finally "killed" by the would-be "specialists" from Vaupshasov with their grinding. I've been driving for the second month after repairs, everything is fine. Thanks a lot to the guys, they helped out.The warranty, by the way, was given for half a year, without mileage limitation! In general, about 2 weeks ago, I read good reviews and came to this "HUNDRED" with an obvious breakdown of the generator (spoiler: the diode bridge was broken and the brushes were broken, but I already found out elsewhere), we went with the "master" to see what the breakdown was, he did something I climbed, measured the voltage and said that since the voltage from the generator goes to the battery, then everything with the generator is OK, and my charge left the battery not because of the generator, but because of the battery terminals (they say they are thick and in the original they are thin for this car) 😆
Well, I answer that everything is fine, but I have everything in order with the terminals, and they perform their function, and the fact that you do not like their size is not a reason to change them, and if, as you say, this is not the reason for the generator, then there may be a leak, he said that he would look, I asked if I would have to pay for this kind of "diagnosis" (because I already doubted that they would tell me something immediately), he replied of course not, promised to dial today or tomorrow, as a result, no one dialed me, I had to call myself, they asked for two more hours, as a result, when I told them after 2 hours, they called and said that they had to start doing everything in order and it was worth starting with the battery terminals, like there was no point in climbing into the generator if the problem could be in the terminals (so you can rebuild the whole car, and then fix the problem), as a result, I decided to take the car from them and they started asking for money for the diagnosis))) (of course I didn't pay them any money)
It's a complete nightmare, I lost all 2 days on it
In general, I am completely shocked that they did not even bother to remove the generator and put current through it and see how it works
I went to another service station, everything was fixed, I'm happy to go
