At the beginning of 2024, the consumer, having bought into the convincing sign "Atlant", went into the store in search of a refrigerator and a TV. In the Atlant home appliance store (now the Techno store), owned by CHTUP Wholesale and Logistics Center C-Video, UNP 290610287, she signed a purchase and sale agreement with the provision of goods delivery services, the Consumer went home to wait for the arrival of purchases.
After 4 days, the couriers of the store delivered to the address of the Consumer's residence. Negligent handling of the refrigerator during its transfer immediately alerted the Consumer's attention, as it was subjected to numerous impacts on the walls of the landing. First of all, the Consumer's spouse and one of the couriers began to inspect the refrigerator, at the same time, the second courier carried the TV into the room and unpacked it himself. Complaining about their workload, the couriers asked to sign the delivery documents and hurried to leave as soon as possible. When asked to turn on the TV to check it, they reacted with a ban, referring to the temperature difference between the street and the room. Immediately after the couriers left, the Consumer decided to examine the TV more carefully and found damage to the screen under the film. He immediately called the couriers and informed them about the detected defect, to which he heard the answer: - "the acceptance documents have been signed by you, no claims are accepted." After hearing the phrase, the Consumer contacted an employee of the shopping facility, who offered to bring the TV to the store and write an application to replace the broken TV, and 10 days later the Consumer was refused. After that, the Consumer sent a claim to the owner of the Atlant home appliance store (now the Techno store), in which he asked for a refund for low-quality goods, but he evaded receiving the claim.
The consumer turned out to be a "tough nut to crack" and turned for help to the Polotsk regional organization of the Public Association "Belarusian Consumer Protection Society", which conducted a study of consumer properties of the product and found the presence of a TV screen defect that cannot be detected under the film without turning on the TV. Acting on behalf of the Consumer, the Polotsk regional organization of the Public Association "Belarusian Consumer Protection Society" prepared and sent to the address of the CHTUP "Wholesale and Logistics Center S-Video" a claim demanding to terminate the purchase and sale agreement, return the money paid for the goods, as well as pay a penalty and compensate for moral harm to the Consumer. But even this claim was ignored. Convinced of the unwillingness of the store owner to voluntarily settle, it was decided to protect the interests of the Consumer in court.
As a result of the trial, the court ordered CHTUP "Wholesale Logistics Center S-Video" to satisfy all Consumer requirements, pay court costs in the amount of 400 rubles, as well as pay a fine for non-compliance with the voluntary procedure for satisfying Consumer requirements. By the way, the amount of the fine turned out to be almost twice the cost of the TV and amounted to 1,655 rubles.

The refrigerator was purchased in another store at a price that turned out to be even cheaper than in the branded one.
At the same time, the choice of Atlanteans in the 5th elite was also much larger.
I absolutely do not recommend this store for shopping!
There is a choice. The assortment can be studied in detail through the Atlanta website and see if the right model is available in the store. But unfortunately, there was an extremely negative impression of the purchase, because they promised delivery to the apartment for 14.90 bel.rub., but then it turned out that only Monday and Thursday were delivered. You can arrange delivery only from the store. I had to go urgently. After completing the delivery, it turned out that they bring it during the working day, whenever they want: like, 1-2 hours before delivery, we'll call, they bring it only in the package, and if it doesn't go through with the packaging, they throw it on the landing. At the same time, they will remove the packaging and leave it that way, because it is necessary to sign documents on delivery and absence of claims. The managers agreed before that I should dismantle the cabinets in the hallway so that they could bring in a refrigerator in a package. As a result, we had to urgently look for delivery and unloading with deposit into the apartment, it cost more than three times more expensive. The store issued a refund for delivery, when the money will be returned to the card, it is not clear. Then it turned out that the warehouse from where to pick up works only until 17:00, arrive no later than 16:30. And this is without options. Even the navigator doesn't really determine the address: there is no information that there is an Atlanta warehouse there at all. There is not even a sign in the warehouse. The lighting in the warehouse is extremely poor. Almost nothing is visible. The film is double. This is a plus, but the inner film is glued tightly. It's disposable. It is unclear what is under it: to the question of how to look at the absence of flaws on the body, the head.the warehouse replied, well, there is control at the factory. You can't take it off, but you need to sign documents that everything is in order right away, otherwise they won't give it back. As a result, private movers arrived at the right time, removed the packaging, and brought the refrigerator without packaging into the apartment without any problems. There was a grudge that they cheated with cheap delivery and even had to get into debt.
Unfortunately, I did not ask the name of the consultant, the young man gave us a lot of time, everything is available and patiently, professionally told about each model, we decided on the choice and were satisfied!!!It's a pity that the washing machines were already all sold!
Everything is fine in the store itself, but you may pay your movers more wages so that they do not extort additional money for asking them to put the refrigerator a couple of meters further. It's kind of surreal, all the good impressions are ruined. Do I want to come to your store again? Definitely not until you sort out this mess.
