While taking the laptop out of this service, the employee giving my laptop away ignored my question about the scratch on the laptop lid. Before the repair, it was in perfect condition and there were no scratches as it was recently purchased. In addition to scratches, the laptop also had other defects in the form of an incorrectly twisted back cover, as a result of which the case was damaged. It all started with the fact that when handing over the phone for repair, the acceptance manager said that the phone was repaired at 10 a.m. Upon acceptance, they said that there was no back cover in the original, well, there is a PREMIUM copy (there is this copy in the photo), obviously this organization does not fully understand the definition of the word copy) Since the phone had a glass cover, and as a result, a black matte cover was installed, which looked like it had been in active use for two years). Well, these are all small things compared to the fact that after replacing this cover, gaps of 2-3 mm appeared in the phone, glue sticks out. To which they replied: "well, what did you want the phone to do after repair, it can't be like a factory one." Next, we were invited to the second branch on Mezhdunarodnaya Street, where manager Vladislav acknowledged the crookedness of his colleagues, but simply spread his hands and said that we couldn't make the phone look like new, that they had to change the frame and that they should have been warned about this at their second branch. Of course, no one warned about this. Similarly, the manager of this organization can only help with a word)
